A stressful experience

I start with saying that the communication with the owner was excellent, and timely. Additional charges were added on, including electricity and linen charges. We weren’t expecting to have to pay for these outside the VRBO costs. These, plus also the deposit, were expected in cash on arrival. The return of the deposit was questioned post-holiday due to an apparent weathered lounger so took a couple of weeks to resolve. As discussed with the owner, note the detail of the cost as the service agency took a photo of a stack of loungers with a price tag atop for a more expensive lounger.
