We love our cottage in Moraira, but unfortunately can not be there all the time, and therefore decided to rent it out.

Our cottage is unique because it is divided into two apartments, so that it fits perfect for 2 families wishing to holiday together, but also want to be able to be a little for themselves.

With the lovely swimming pool and the cozy barbecue area the house is also a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The house is in force in a large private grounds, with private parking and peaceful surroundings.

And of course there is wifi and air conditioning in the master bedrooms.

It's about. 800 m to the Mediterranean, restaurants and bars - Moraira center and the great beach is 1.5 km away.

Moraira is a fantastic lovely resort town on the Costa Blanca. Moraira is a former fishing village, located along the waterfront, and has also several very leakers and child-friendly beaches. There is 100km. respectively. Alicante and Valencia, but close by are also exciting cities like Benidorm, Calpe and Javea

In the area there are also a number of golf courses, very nice water sports and a go-cart track

In addition to the fantastic many restaurants in Moriara, there is a 3 star Michelin restaurant 30 km away and a 2 star 20 km from the house.

NOTE THE PRICE IS FOR THE HOLE HOUSE, BUT IF YOU ONLY USE 1 APARTMENT, THEN YOU WILL ALSO ONLY PAY CLEANING FOR ONE APARTMENT (60 EURO). IF YOU USE THE HOLE HOUSE CLEANING IS 120 EURO.

Lovely property nice pool would return. Could really do with aircon in the other 2 bedrooms, a couple of toasters and a decent oven then it would be perfect! Not a show stopper though still a lovely villa with nice owner and manager.

Lovely property and garden. The pool was clean and really warm.

There were 6 adults using both upstairs and downstairs apartments. The downstairs apartment had obviously been recently refurbished so the upstairs was a little dated but still we had everything we needed. A lovely stay and would recommend! Thanks very much!

We had an amazing time but the villa was in desperate need of some tlc. Sofa collapsed first day and had obviously had previous damage to it. Smell from upstairs kitchen sink when used, a few other things which we actually sorted ourselves. Felt very damp in the downstairs bedroom. Strange set up downstairs having to go through shared bathroom to bedroom.Was more like two apartments than a villa.We are coming back to the area which we love next year but unfortunately would not come back to this one.Pool was a good size and in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk to town.

Lovely Villa

Stayed here for a week, 4 adults 2 children. Some minor negatives, there’s no oven but there is a combi microwave. Furniture had signs of wear and minor staining. Otherwise it’s comfortable and well equipped. Lots of positives. Property is split into two separate apartments which suited us perfectly. It’s in a cul de sac and was therefore a very quiet area. The outside area and pool are excellent. Less than a 20 min walk to bars and restaurants. Lots of off road parking. I’d certainly stay again.

Great location, great property

Would definitely recommend this property. Location is perfect to get into centre of town around 15/20 min walk. 10 mins down to several restaurants on main sea front road out of town. Peaceful quiet cul de sac and pool and gardens were ideal. It helped we had unbelievable weather for late October!! Microwave and hob did not work in downstairs apartment but didn't require for the week we were there. I reported this at end of trip to property manager. Would be nice if pool lights worked too for night swims etc but not really a complaint. BBQ area perfect for evening cooking, we used twice during stay. Property manager Andre good communication. Overall great weeks holiday and a beautiful home, we are very jealous.

Det er i alle tilfælde 7ènde gang vi ferierer i huset Vive og gensynsglæden har været lige stor hver gang. I bekendtskabskredsen har vi anbefalet det til venner og bekendte som har været lige så begejstret som os selv. Vi føler og behandler stedet som var det vores eget, derfor ingen kritik herfra. Happy holiday

Although the villa was a little tired and we had a couple of hiccups in that the air con went wrong and also the swimming pool clouded over, we rang Shelley and she very quickly sorted it out. The downstairs fridge was missing shelves in the door which meant we had to use the upstairs fridge for storing bottles and we found the downstairs bathroom and bedroom and odd combination, (you had to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom), this in no way detracted from a great holiday. We enjoyed the outside barbecue area so much and the pool was a delight as it got the sun all day. Overall a great holiday.

Great find, walkable to centre

Lovely outdoor area, just what’s needed to relax. Great having the two apartments for two couples/families holidaying together. About a 25 min walk to the centre great to walk down but a bit hilly coming back as is most of Moraira but is very doable. Villa clean and everything as described. Will be booking a return visit in the future.

Belated birthday celebration

We really enjoyed our holiday ,the area is lovely and quiet,we spent most of the time enjoying the villa and pool, relaxing.it has everything you need really and I can't fault it for the price, Shelley was great even left us a welcome drinks and snacks and happy birthday accessories to hang up, which we really appreciate. If you're a small group or family don't hesitate to book , really lovely 😍.

Great Holiday

We just love the villa and Moraira. We were 8 people - two families and the fact that there are two separate apartments worked really well for us. We were together but could also do our own things. The villa is a traditional Spanish villa, cosy and getting a bit worn but that did not bother us. Pool and outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time. The location is very good as we could walk down to the beach, baker and Moraira. All in all a great holiday and excellent value for money.

Propriété bien placée, la maison est divisée en deux appartements très difficile à chauffer en décembre, la vaisselle sale et les poêles très salent et sans poignée donc obligé d'acheter une autre poêle ! Fil électrique dénudée dans la chambre du bas au niveau de la tête du lit donc très dangereux ! A l'étage remonté d'égout permanent .. Cafetière percée donc inutilisable.. Le propriétaire devrait moderniser la maison et surtout changer la vaisselle et investir dans un chauffage pour les deux appartements car maison d'été et non d'hiver

Why they chose this property

After having been on holiday in the area, sometimes with friends, we got the opportunity to buy our own house - Which we have never regretted

Moraira is just a lovely town, here are obviously many tourists, but it is in a pleasant way, so it has not been to a lot of industry. This means among other things that there is much emphasis on quality, ie really fine restaurants, cleaning of beaches every night and fine parking facilities in the center

What makes this property unique

Our house has of course all the things that should be in a rental house, ie swimming pool, air conditioning, barbecue area and wifi. But we also have a very large private plot, a beautiful garden and opportunity that can park up to 4 cars.

Compared to rental so we distinguish ourselves by our house is divided into 2 apartments, each with room for 4 people. We thought that it makes a perfect division for example. 2 families that are away together.
