This was a wonderful family oriented villa. Great location with shops and beach all in walking dista

Pros: This was a wonderful family oriented villa. Great location with shops and beach all in walking distance. Villa was clean and tidy upon arrival and offered so much space that we all had room to do our own thing! Wonderful owner who lived up to expectations. Would definitely like to visit this owners villa again.

Pros: This is a lovely spacious property, very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The pool area is very private and gets the sun all day. It was also extremely close to the town which was great - many villas say they are walking distance but often it is walking distance to local amenities rather than Moraira centre - this one was an easy 10 minute walk Entrance and exit was managed very efficiently by Sebastian. The only thing we would have found useful was some sort of 'house rules/instructions' - e.g. rubbish disposal, laundry etc. We emptied all the bins and put the laundry into one of the bathrooms on exit but weren't sure if this was the right thing to do. A lovely stay, we would definitely return.

Pros: Super skøn villa, meget tæt på både strand og by. De 800 meter i beskrivelsen lyver ikke. Beliggende på hjørnegrund med ugeneret udsyn mod Moraira og fra 1. salen havudsigt. Ideel for 2 familier, da stue og 1. sal er adskilt. Lækker pool og mulighed for at grille, som vi benyttede os af flere gange. Gåafstand til lokalt supermarked Mas Y Mas. Ville helt sikkert vælge samme villa hvis vi skulle genbesøge Costa Blanca. En tur tll Guadalest og Fonds d Algar kan anbefales - og start med Guadalest
