The Oast: sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom and 1 en-suite. Parking and terrace.

Kitchen with dining table seating 10 guests, large range stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher.
Sitting room with inglenook fireplace and seating, TV, door leading to terrace.
Roundel drawing room with sofas, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Adjoining sitting room has a log burning stove (logs are provided).
Cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Twin bedroom - sleeps 2 (if not required a discount applies), 2 single beds, chest of drawers, coat hangers, TV.
First Floor
Roundel Master bedroom (sleeps 2) king size French antique bed, TV, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table.En suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Double bedroom (sleeps 2), double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) which can be configured to a double bed (on request), TV, wardrobe with drawers under.

The Oast is a detached property and there is an adjoining part of the house which is not rented out. This part of the house is sometimes occupied
The house is set back from the A28 which has a 30 MPH limit. There is a pub located to the side of the property
