It consists of 3 double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed (convertible double), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The living room has an exit to the terrace equipped with a wooden table where guests can enjoy in grilling or in a morning coffee. A private pool, sun loungers, a beautifully landscaped and a well-kept garden will give its visitors an unforgettable experience. Beautiful beaches and famous tourist centers of western coast of Istria are reachable within just a 10 minute car ride. There are many marked bike trails in the area. Restaurants and a supermarket are just within a 5-10 minute walk, located in the center of Sveti Lovreč. Air condtioning, wi-fi and washing machine are on the guests disposal.

alles wie in der Anzeige vorgefunden

wir wurden freundlichst begrüßt, das Haus war toll und die Küche sehr umfangreich ausgestattet(Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Töpfe und Pfannen,...).Schlafzimmer sehr komfortabel, schöne Terrasse,...die Bilder in der Anzeige versprechen nicht zu viel. Leider hatten wir anfangs ein Problem mit dem Strom und somit auch der Heizung, somit musste dafür die Klimaanlage herhalten- das macht aber die Luft sehr trocken. Wir waren in dieser Saison die ersten Gäste und somit konnte das Problem vorher wohl nicht auffallen. Unsere Vermieter haben sich aber gut darum gekümmert und sich auch sehr nett dafür entschuldigt. Da wir zu Ostern da waren, dieses sehr früh war und es in der Nacht noch sehr frisch war, fiel der Pool naturgemäß als Badeoase aus. Aber später in der Saison ist es sicher herrlich !!! insgesamt kann man das Haus samt Gastgebern wirklich gerne weiterempfehlen!
