Little Dreamhouse for 2 at the coast, 300 ms from the Beach, Vilassar/Barcelona

The two-storey house built in 1900, is part of a patrimonial colony of fishermen´s houses. It has a total size of 430 sq ft in the interior, (40 sqms) plus roof terrace and a garden with 215 sq ft.

On the ground floor you can comfortly enjoy preparing and having meals in a sit-in kitchen, while you find a beautiful bathroom with bath tub and romatic sleeping room in first floor.

The sleeping room is equipped with a cupboard a double bed and a sofa and has direct access to a roof terrace, from which you have a fabulous view of the colony, the neighbourhood gardens and the village.

A small table with chairs offers the possibility of having breakfast there at the terrace or as you like also in the small private garden, in which you will find a dining table with seating accomadation, too.

The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully in winter/spring 2017 with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden.

The house is also equipped with heating and wood stove, which gives cosyness also in autumn/winter season.
On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total.

Destination

Vilassar de Mar is known as one of the most beautiful villages at Barcelona´s coast (Costa Maresme). A prosperous living place, rather local than touristic. Its historical village centre with a worth seeing pedestrian zone and numerous historical houses and buildings.
Purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 3 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes.
The ideal location for a combinated beach-city-sightseeing vacation.

Additionally the hudge national park of the Serralada offers great possibilties for different activities, e.g. hiking, (it is a quite mountainous area) mountainbiking etc. Further possibilities in close proximity: Fishing, Sailing, Surfing, Diving, Tennis, Volleyball, Water skiing, Kite-surfing
