Confort de la Villa

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cette agréable villa. En revanche, la literie et canapé sont vraiment à revoir !!! Idem pour les ustensiles de cuisine !!! La remise des clés est à 16h car la villa est censé être nettoyé avant mais je me demande ce qu’ils appellent nettoyé ( des toiles d’araignées partout, la vaisselle sale et cassée, la cour de la villa également pleins de détritus. Du coup, obligé de faire le ménage avant d’emménager !!! Si on met la propreté et la literie de côté, c’est vraiment une super villa. La ville et les environs sont vraiment super pour passer des vacances en famille et entre amis.

Sehr gut

Serh gut Haus mit schöner phool und für größere Familie geeignet. Wir waren 5 person und sehr gut erlebt aber leider die sache nicht so gut ist die Ventilator sind fehlt und kein Klima. Ich habe im juni gebucht und viel warm und viele Mücken im nacht man könnte nicht gut schlafen wegen Mücken und tasse und Teller sind wenig und sehr Alt und nicht richtig sauber aber sonst sehr gut. Swimmingpool schön und sauber gemacht jeden Tag es ist super.

Thank you for your comments. The mattrasses have been replaced, and the cleaning staff notified of being more careful with cleaning in the future. The barbecue is now fixed.

Maison juste pour se baigner mais sans trop de commodites. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine surtout quand on est 8. Literie à ressort pas top. Pourtant l’espace et la piscine sont faites pour recevoir. Mais ça se voit qu’elle ne sert qu’à louer et rentabiliser.

Sólo vale la pena la piscina

Limpieza inexistente. Menaje escaso. Toallas todas de mano y ninguna de ducha.Ningún producto de limpieza. Camas y almohadas de mala calidad: hemos dormido mal. Barbacoa sin parrillas. Garaje ocupado con otros vehículos. Puerta de acceso peatonal rota y sujeta con una brida. Luces exteriores/piscina inexistentes. Enchufes-interruptores en mal estado. Ninguna privacidad: vallado inexistente o roto.

New kitchen utensils have now been provided, the mattresses will be replaced with brand new ones for the new season. The broken door has been fixed. We thank you for your comments.

Casa bajo mínimos,se cobran la piscina y wifi

La urbanización está muy bien ubicada , Ametlla de Mar a 7mn, Mercadona a 4mn, calas preciosas a escasos mn (Coche particular) .La casa lo mejor que tiene una esplendida piscina y wifi .La entrada es de piedras que no se puede jugar ni a las palas con un niño. Los colchones , pésimos. Mobiliario roto. (Televisión,solo satélite extranjero).Agua caliente 1mn. Entrada a las 16:00h y salida a las10:00h

Needs significant investment - Great location

Great location & a fantastic pool. These are the pluses. Sadly, condition is poor. Beds uncomfortable no pillow/mattress protectors. When we arrived no kettle, toaster didn’t work, boiler breaks & gas inside garage! Grounds with weeds, broken chairs & tiles. Squashed insects on ceilings and not very clean on arrival. Kitchen was poorly stocked for large groups. WiFi awful. Many faults which were fixed by helpful local staff. Be warned, without aircon, sleep will be impossible! Needs investment.

As a result of your comments we are happy to inform you that improvements have been made. The gas boiler has been replaced with a brand new one. We regret that we were unable to exchange the broken outdoor furniture fast enough before your stay however we can confirm this has now been exchanged for newer models. A technician was sent to the home and has repaired the outside tiles. Please don't forget our local team are always available to try to help solve any issues you may enocunter during your stay. We hope to see you back again next time despite the inconvenience faced.
