The 85m2 apartment is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and has a large 240m2 terrace with frontal sea views, table, outdoor chairs, chill out area, awning and hammocks for sunbathing. It has a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have two double beds and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for an additional guest in the living room. You will find two complete bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
