Apartment Highlights
Charming and delightful flat located in the heart of Trastevere. Nestled in a cobblestone street, this renovated apartment has old world character with new world conveniences including wood beam ceilings, exposed original stonework, Wi-Fi, A/C and more!

Open living room complete with Smart TV featuring local channels as well as a sofa futon. Functional kitchen with full-size fridge and gas stove top. Primary suite with over-sized queen size bed and plenty of room for storage. Bathroom with shower!

The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Guests are provided lots of useful information throughout the booking process, including an online household manual with restaurant recommendations, directions to the apartment and even a digital map for exploring Rome!

Neighborhood Highlights
Just outside of the door, in a cobblestone street yet in the center of it all, you are never far from a restaurant, tourist attraction, public transportation, and nevertheless a history lesson!

Trastevere is a young and hip area of the town and well connected and within walking distance to the historical center. There is a lot of movement at all hours of the day, so the area certainly is not for light sleepers! After a long day of sightseeing, you can easily return to the apartment for a power nap and to freshen up and then hit one of the many local restaurants for an ‘aperitivo’ followed by dinner. If you are up for a night out, the apartment is in Trastevere but just across the river is Campo dè Fiori and an area called Testaccio, an oftentimes overlooked area by tourists.

Being a lively neighborhood, this apartment is not recommended for light sleepers!

Booking Highlights
Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please respond to our confirmation email at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is 5,00€ per guest (aged 10&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.
