The Cottage is a luxurious space to relax and unwind with family or friends surrounded by stunning countryside.
Just feet from the Helford River & public slipway, in Port Navas, you'll enjoy water views from two of the three spacious bedrooms.
Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or cosy up in the living area next to the wood burning stove on a cooler evening. Downstairs the living area is open-plan, which makes it a great space for entertaining. There are two sofas for you to unwind on, a wooden dining table which seats 6 for everyone to gather round and the kitchen boasts an electric Aga and butler sink to complete the full cottagey feel. (Plus there are the usual appliances; microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.)
Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room which has a washing machine, sink and a wet room with W/C & shower.
Upstairs the first and second bedrooms have great views down the creek, and can either be set up as two single beds or together as super king. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and is the perfect space for a long soak in the tub, or a quick shower!
Outside you'll find an enclosed garden to the front of the property where you can sit and watch the world go by, and to the rear is a more secluded terraced garden with creek views. You can access the back garden from the first floor of the property and up a few steps. On the terrace is a bespoke summer house, the ‘Captain’s cabin’, ideal for a little peace and quiet, a good book, a glass of wine and... little cheeky snooze maybe?

Thoroughly enjoyed The Cottage, Port Navas, the area and loved several eateries we sampled
The Cottage was really well equipped and very, very clean. Comms were of the highest standard and we really enjoyed the great walks in the area. Do take a trip to see the gardens at Tresanton & Glendurgan.

Idyllic location
We had a lovely 2 weeks at this nicely appointed cottage in Port Navas. It is a traditional cottage complete with stable doors and Aga, nicely furnished and decorated. We had fantastic weather and the waterfront location on the Navas Creek was perfect for our needs.

A truly magical little spot with the perfect home from home in which to enjoy it
Beautiful little cottage in a stunning location, beautiful views even on a grey or rainy day. Very comfortable beds and great size. Great shower and water pressure. Well stocked kitchen for those wanting to cook when there. Mavis the aga is fantastic company and keeps you warm in the winter. We love everything about this cottage and our stay here.

Ahoy there!
We are Kurt & Lucy, and we are very proud to say that we own Navas Nook.
As a couple we met in 1993, married in 2003 and bought the cottage in 2018. We're both from Cornwall. Lucy hails from Mullion, and Kurt from Porthleven.
For most of our married lives we have been running our own ethical childrenswear company, and raising our two boys.
We love Port Navas and live just up the road, in Constantine, with our 2 horses, 5 chickens, dog, cat and Lucy's mum in her annex (Named the 'Nannex' by our boys, as she's 'Nannie' to them).
As well as looking after animals, teenagers and Lucy's mum we are often to be found out on the Helford Kayaking, swimming or sailing our boat which we keep in Port Navas creek.
Throughout our working lives we've both believed in the phrase, 'informal professionalism'. As such we like to think of ourselves as pretty easy going, friendly people who like to do things 'well'.
Navas Nook is a delightful cottage, in a delightful spot. You'll love it.
All the best
