About this property

Lovely villa newly refurbish , very quiet cul de sac, swimming pool privative

Newly fitted large kitchen and Bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a tv room compose the house.
Newly fitted AC units in each bedrooms and an other one in the main part of the house, all walls and ceiling freshly painted in February .
Private pool which is not overlooked and you can enjoy the upper and lower terrace without any concern.
Newly fitted large bathroom with dual sink and walking shower unit and toilet, bathroom fully tiled
2nd separate toilet fully tiled too
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Gas & charcoal bbq all present allowing you to enjoy the weather.
Private Pool 7x3x1.6m which enjoy the sun most of the day
House built in the late '90's in walking distance of the boulangerie,bar and newsagent.
Please note there is no extra charge for bedsheets, towels,etc... and cleaning after leaving as the price is all inclusive.
We do have cctv cameras in use during the year and they are all disconnected obviously during rental period

- multitude de poils blancs de chien sur le canapé dans le salon : impossible de profiter de l'espace. - 2 caméras à l'extérieur (1 pour la terrasse, 1 pour la piscine) : la moindre des choses est de prévenir la présence de celles-ci. - côté positif : très belle piscine

La personne avant avait un chien. On a laver le couverts. Les caméras sont pas en route pendant que la maison est loué. C’est pour notre sécurité comme nous somme la. On a contacter l s Lacateur plusieurs fois est ils nous a rien demander.

La maison est grande et très bien équipée, la piscine très appréciable par ses grandes dimensions, néanmoins un nettoyage des extérieurs serait nécessaire. Bon séjour en famille.

Très sale

Maison très sale malheureusement. Nous avons signalé au propriétaire le manque de propreté, mais il 'e 'ous a pas répondu sur ce point. Donc nous avons du nettoyer nous même....

On a laisser un baguette frais sur l’îlot est donc les miettes de pain. La femme de ménage a passer 4 heures dans la maison. Donc pas vrais.

Maison très agréable manque un peu, cependant d'entretien extérieur. Tres bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Environnement très agréable et calme. Piscine bien entretenue. Très ressourçant pour se reposer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Son emplacement est idéale pour y trouver le calme, quartier résidentiel et village très calme. La maison présente quelques petits défauts qui sont vite gommés par l'ensemble de la prestation. Vous aurez accès à tout, tout est mis à disposition dans la maison pour y être à son aise dès son arrivée. Vous n'avez besoin que de votre valise de vêtements, tout le reste est déjà présent. La piscine est excellente et contrôler tous les deux jours pour une qualité optimale. L'accueil l'est également, très bien reçu, bon contact. Nous recommandons cette propriété, vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Calme et ressourçant !

Idéalement située entre Béziers et les monts Caroux et Lespinousse, cette maison est dans un lotissement très calme, sans rue passante. L' accueil de Sharon et Mike son papa a été parfait. La maison est très bien équipée et on a même à disposition des jeux extérieurs et vélos et dès jeux de société. Deux terrasses au bord de la piscine un régal ! 2 bbq au choix au gaz ou en pierre! 2 réfrigérateurs C'est rare! Merci Sharon et Mike pour cet excellent séjour !
