Elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on the first floor of a beautiful Casa-Palacio on Calle Abades, right in the heart of Santa Cruz, the most historic and charming neighborhood in Seville’s city center. The building features an elevator with direct access to the apartment entrance for added comfort and accessibility.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall leading to a bright, stylish living room, tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and classic design, offering a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and opens onto a private terrace, which is also accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
The terrace is large and furnished with outdoor garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an al fresco meal in a private, peaceful setting.
The apartment features three bedrooms:
- Two with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). - One with two slightly wider single beds (105 x 200 cm).
There are two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and the other with independent access.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Cathedral, La Giralda, the Royal Alcázar, and many other landmarks. Santa Cruz is a mostly pedestrian area filled with narrow historic streets, palatial homes, churches, and hidden gems.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find local grocery stores, shops, and a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best of Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine.

The apt is in a fantastic location - short walk to everything. It is large and clean and comfortable and quiet. The road is very narrow, but we took a taxi from the train.

Excellent space for a large group! We had a great stay with Genteel Homes - they were quick and prompt with responses, were constantly in touch with us and provided us lots of resources and help throughout the stay. The apartment is nice, clean and upgraded with modern amenities. Rooms are spacious. The only real downsides are this apartment is in a super narrow street and many taxis couldnt come through which made it difficult to find transport. Be prepared to walk at least 6-8 minutes on cobblestone with all your luggage to find a taxi!
The apartment was ideally situated in the Jewish quarter. Very short stroll to tourist attractions, shops, restaurants etc.
however the outside where we had hoped to sit in the evenings and spend time with the family was very disappointing. Screens broken down and torn between our apartment and the one next to us. Roof over dining table outside, falling apart so much so we could not sit at the table in fear it would come down. So disappointing as the apartment inside was just lovely. Would go back again in heart beat if outside was to be maintained.

Good apartment, perfect for groups of friends as has 3 good sized twin rooms. Lovely living area, nice terrace and reasonable kitchen. Main issue was with check in, which was very rushed, although in fairness it was the start of Semana Santa and the whole town was very busy with processions. This wouldn't have been an issue if there had been any information left in the apartment about such things as the wifi password and what to do with the rubbish. A single sheet, even just in Spanish with the key info would have made a lot of difference. That said these are relatively minor gripes and were partly resolved by messaging the hosts. The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral.

Our family, including my 2 year old daughter and my in-laws, absolutely loved our stay in the San Bartolomé property. The flat was the perfect size with plenty of space for all of us, and we especially loved sitting on the terrace each day and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen is well fitted for most needs. The location is excellent and just a 5 minute walk to Real Alzacar and the cathedral. A 20 minute walk into Triana. Check in and check out were very easy. We would absolutely come back!
