Welcome to our home!

This lovely 70m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only.

In this apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. 10 minutes walking distance to Faria Guimaraes metro station.

Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

Service available 24/7 for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

The building has an elevator but unfortunately is not working.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The property looks like the pictures. The problem was that we found bedbugs in the bed. We couldnt sleep in that conditions so we left to a Hotel.

El piso es adecuado para pasar unos días alojados. Camas grandes y durante nuestras dos noches no hubo ruidos. la ubicación es muy buena, la única pega que el edificio deja mucho que desear por fuera y por dentro. No hay ascensor, y ni intención de que eso se arregle. Las vistas son muy pobres.

Piso bien ubicado del centrobpero el entorno ruidoso y sin cuidar

Falta mantenimiento tanto en la finca como en el piso. Sin ascensor. Olores desagradables en toda la escalera. Las camas son comódas y el respinsable del cheking muy atento y servicial. Precio excesivo por la limpieza.
