Great Property

What a great property! Rita was a wonderful host. She was very helpful with all of our questions. She was also very accommodating to our early arrival, allowing us to store our luggage while the cleaner prepared for us. The apartment was perfect for my family of four. It allowed us space, separate beds because there was a comfortable cot in addition to a bed in one of the bedrooms, and a wonderful neighbourhood with many dining/shopping options. I would absolutely recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN APARTMENT. GREAT HOSTESS !!

Rita was great. Check in was easy and everything explained in English. She booked us a taxi to the train station after our trip and was in constant communication until the taxi arrived. Apartment is at the top of a road and neighborhood. You get a real feel for Naples living and we were next to a square celebrating Diego Maradona. Rita goes the extra step to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful modern apartment in Spanish quarters

Very beautiful apartment. Host was wonderful and extremely responsive. We felt safe, comfortable, and there were delicious and friendly cafes and restaurants right next door. The neighborhood is unique and great for adults and children 8+. If you haven’t been to Naples, this neighborhood could be stressful for you if you have small children. The motorbikes and cars drive quickly through the streets and you need to keep very close to the wall, or jump out of the way if vehicles are coming.

3 day stay in Napoli

The apartment is small but very nice and clean (fit 4 of us no problem). The host is very friendly, accomodating, helpful and easy going. I gave it a 4 star due to no common area inside apartment (it was never stated there was) and if you have a car, not easy to access apartment location. Location of apartment is right in the middle of the Spanish Quarter so there is lots of people, stores and restaurauntas and quick access to Via Toledo for Metro and other stores. Overall I recommended.

Thanks for the review! The apartment is located in the center of Naples (as already mentioned) and as in all central areas it is always very populated. For those who are not used to driving in the city center we recommend parking and easily reaching the apartment on foot because the parking is close to the apartment but if the advice is not followed it is a personal choice of the guests. Otherwise, those who are more experienced can easily reach the apartment which is also accessible by car. Anyway, thanks for choosing us!

Fabulous Stay

Perfect apartment for myself and daughter. Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need including coffee machine. and the breakfast table in the kitchen was all we needed for extra space. We were out all day so the comfy beds were very welcoming as was the air conditioning. It is located at the top of a hill in the Spanish Quarter but easily accessible despite the narrow streets. Area is buzzing with character, great food and drink and all things Maradona. We felt very safe. Rita was a great host and very welcoming and accommodating with our flight delay. Highly recommended and will book again as there much more to see in Naples.

Perfect for us

The apartment consisted of two bedrooms with queen size beds, each with an air conditioner and each with its own bathroom, and a spacious kitchen area. There was no living room, but we knew that going in because of the listing. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Rita and her mom who met us there to Orient us to the apartment was great. The apartment is in the Spanish quarter, just a few blocks from via Toledo. The only thing I would caution people about considering booking this apartment is it is at the top of a fairly steep hill, which can be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is one floor up from street level, but there is a lift. If we return to Naples, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Communication with the property owner was excellent (score 5 of 5);she was very responsive to our questions. Location (2 of 5) unfortunately we were very disappointed at the location of the apartment, it is in the Spanish quarter in an extremely dirty area, tons of trash bags overflowing containers, extremely dirty grounds. It was very off putting to leave the apartment to see the mess out there. Apartment (3 of 5) ; this is not a full apartment,there is no living room just two rooms and one kitchen, I assumed the apartment would have a living room. The apartment is small and dark, not much light or ventilation. There is only AC in the rooms so once you are in the kitchen it is really hot out there. The kitchen is tiny and not big enough to do much more than breakfast there.

Thanks for the review but I don't agree with what you wrote at all. Regarding the dirty area, there are waste containers that are placed outside every day waiting to be emptied so this is not our responsibility. Regarding the apartment, there are many photos that show the entire apartment and nowhere is it declared the living room so you probably had to look for another type of structure. The two air conditioners cool the entire apartment (she herself declared it to be so small when if it’s not true so I think 2 air conditioners are sufficient). And to be precise about the clean area, the apartment was left in very bad conditions and after walking with my shoes on the linen I had to throw it away. As I recommend, next time before booking, do some research on the structure.

Très bon accueil de Rita et sa maman avec un cadeau de bienvenue. L'appartement était joliment décoré pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Il est bien situé, avec le métro à proximité, de quoi se restaurer et faire des courses. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que chaque chambre ait sa propre salle de bains avec WC.

Qartiere Spagnoli

Grosser Nachteil dieser Wohnung sie war sehr feucht, Bettwaesche, Bett und Handtuecher waren schon bei Ankunft feucht. Waschmachine zu benutzen war nicht moeglich da man in dieser Wohnung nichts trocknen konnte. Fuer Allergiker nicht geeignet.

Nessun ospite ha mai riscontrato tutti questi inconvenienti nel mio appartamento tra cui quello dell’umidità. La lavatrice può essere utilizzata senza esitazione e nell'appartamento ci sono stendibiancheria dove poter asciugare i vestiti. Inoltre, le foto sono coerenti con tutto ciò che si trova nell'appartamento, avrebbe potuto chiedere prima se aveva bisogno di lavare tutti i suoi vestiti durante la sua vacanza a Napoli. Non sono quindi affatto d'accordo con quanto detto.

This was our second stay at this property because it suits our family of six so well. It’s right in the middle of the beating heart of Naples. We managed to navigate the streets fine with a stroller but if you have mobility issues know that reaching the apartment requires an uphill walk. The family that owns it is attentive and conscientious. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect stay in the heart of Napoli

We enjoyed staying here very much. Rita is an excellent hostess who took care of all our needs. The location is easy for a taxi to find, it’s spacious and clean. Two full bathrooms is a luxury in this location. Eat at Trattoria Nennella just a few blocks away.

Très bel appartement

L emplacement est idéal pour visiter Naples sans voiture. L appartement est très bien pensé avec beaucoup de goût. Rita a su nous conseiller, elle parle très bien le français. Nous sommes ravis de cette belle rencontre. Elle a réservé en amont un emplacement dans un garage situé à 8mn de l appartement ce qui nous a bien aidé car dans le quartier espagnol pas de possibilité de se garer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous vous le conseillons chaudement.
