The house is located on the third floor (there is no lift) of a recently renovated building in the historic center of Naples, 300 m from the Piazza Cavour underground and 500 m from the underground museum, the MADRE museum of modern art is 20 m away, the national archaeological museum 500 m, via Duomo with its cathedral are 300 m from the property. Animals are welcome. The terrace is equipped for sunbathing or having meals. The house is silent, it was renovated in April 2018.

strategic and welcoming

We were very well received and we immediately felt at home. welcoming, clean, hospitable. Cristina is a truly thoughtful host. her house is really close to places of interest and we always moved on foot. I certainly recommend it and I hope to return, Naples still hides many secrets to be discovered

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful 3 nights in Naples to end our Italian adventures. The apartment was just perfect for us, lovely and clean and cool on arrival. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions we had, and were very quick to respond via vrbo messages. The terrace is a great spot for an evening drink or dinner and the children loved having a big space to play outside even in the city. Thank you 😊

Homely apartment

The communication before arrival and pictures showing how to access the property were great. Our host Erika was very helpful and friendly - like having a friend in Napoli! The apartment was great - the air conditioning was a godsend and it was well kitted out for a small place. We were there with our son and this worked well but more than 3 would be a squeeze. The terrace is beautiful but it is too hot in the summer to use it - great for spring or autumn. It is very close to Il Duomo and Via Foria where you can get anything you need. Also close to the Piazza Cavour metro station which was very helpful. Fantastic place to stay in Naples and see all the sites - Centro storico, Pompei, Herculaneum, Il Duomo, catacombe di San Gennaro and La Reggia di Caserta. Would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung mit Terasse waren super. Liegt sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig, bis auf die unvermeintlichen Starts der Flugzeuge die aber wohl in der ganzen Stadt zusehen/hören sind.Die Empfehlungen der Restaurats sind auch sehr gut.gerne wieder

Magnifique appartement terrasse

un accueil très chaleureux, l’appartement d’une propreté irréparable et très confortable, et un incroyable toit terrasse, le tout en plein cœur de Naples en font le parfait pied à terre. Un havre de paix dans le tumulte de la ville historique.

Terrasse wundervoll ruhig - nach der Hektik der Stadt

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der Altstadt - alles fußläufig zu erreichen - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Zum einfachen Kochen alles vorhanden: Salz, Pfeffer, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster, Cafetiere... Natürlich starten und landen ein paar Flugzeuge - hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da es nachts sehr ruhig war und wir gut geschlafen haben. Parken nahezu unmöglich - nicht mit dem Auto oder Mietwagen anfahren wäre unser Tipp. Damit kann Stress erspart werden. Sonst ein Kleinod in Neapel - natürlich gibt es keinen Aufzug (wurde mal zu Unrecht kritisiert... ) Herzlichen Dank an Maria Christina und Paolo - ihr habt ein bemerkestwertes Idyll geschaffen!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist riesig und genauso geschmackvoll gestaltet wie die Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Neapel ist diese Wohnung die erste Wahl!
