Sin lujos pero resulton

Lo que más su ubicación,que tiene plaza de garaje( eso lo que más valoro) y tanto su interior como la terraza son bastante amplias Yo cambiaría la cocina ya que está bastante antigua.

Ubicación perfecta

Por el precio económico bien. Cuenta con una amplia terraza para disfrutar de tus comidas. La casa y casi todo lo que está en el inmueble es muy antiguo aparte de eso hace muchísimo calor en la casa y hay mucho polvo en los muebles. Pero bueno, que dentro de lo que cabe todo bien. La conserje amable. La ubicación del inmueble muy bien, cuántas con muchos servicios cerca.

Tiene parking aunque sea un poco ratonera, cerca de la playa, terraza, agua caliente estable, buena ubicación para comer en algún restaurante, ascensor. Algo más de utensilios de cocina.

La ubicación es fantástica. Tener aparcamiento incluido ha resultado ser imprescindible. No se puede pedir más. El apartamento en sí necesita mejoras, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio su estado es razonable.

Tenia todo lo básico, lo único que le faltaba mucha limpieza a los suelos y había pelos y manchas en

La ubicación, hay ascensor y había casi de todo aunque no ses de gran calidad Mejorar la limpieza, los colchones, el microondas que suele fallar si le usas más de 3 minutos, más sartenes.
