The apartment is located on Blasco Ibañez Street No. 2, Bellreguard Beach, located 10 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the bus that comes from Madrid. It has a bedroom with two beds a large living room where there is a double sofa bed of 1.35, full bathroom, terrace where you can enjoy the views of the beach and a kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, oven, gas hob, as well as all the necessary utensils for the enjoyment of the holidays, it has a fan in the room for the summer, as well as plasma TV in the living room. It is located on Bellreguard Beach, 3 km from Gandia Beach and 10 meters from a beach of fine sand and where the bathroom will not pose any danger as it is qualified as a blue flag. It has all the services, from disabled access, to recreation area for children, beautiful gardens and a walk of more than 3 km surrounded by tapas areas, restaurants and leisure areas for both adults and children , the beach offers medical services and shops where you can buy. If all this is not necessary at the end of the beach you can continue on the walks of the following municipalities either to walk or practice sports extending the distance to 9 km
