Top Floor 3-Bed Apartment Sea Views & Parking!
Sandmartin is a stylish and comfortable apartment situated in the beautiful Old Town of Scarborough. It is a top floor apartment with lovely views and three bedrooms, complete with family bathroom and a separate shower room.
It would suit friends or family as can comfortably seat six in the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge.
The apartment is complete with one off street parking space in the courtyard - for additional vehicles parking permits are provided for on-street parking nearby
There is a large, airy open plan kitchen and lounge complete with a dining space and table.
We can provide a travel cot upon request, please bring bedding for the cot.
The family bathroom has a shower and bath. Whereas the other is a shower and toilet. We provide hand and bath towels for each guest.
Also provided are complimentary tea & coffee facilities to help settle you in for your first nights stay.
Fully self contained apartment. Please note this is top floor so three flights of stairs. There is space in the entrance hall for pushchairs, we take no liability for guest's belongings.

Lovely quiet historic neighbourhood along with the recently refurbished market which has a grocers, butchers, deli and bakery!
If arriving by car use the postcode YO11 1QF and approach the property via Globe Street. This will enable you to drive straight through the driveway, as it is very narrow.
We have had large vehicles fit but if you would rather street parking just let us know and a parking permit can be left in the key box for your arrival.
