Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 TVs with Freeview, DVDs, WiFi, and a selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Lockable bike shed. Private enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and access to 21 acres of communal grassland fields. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.3 miles, pub 1.7 miles.
