Cosy yet spacious, Threp'nybit is beautifully equipped and furnished, offering guests a luxurious base with stunning views in all directions. This farm cottage features exposed beams and a wood burning stove in an open-plan living area on the ground floor. The farmhouse style kitchen includes a coffee machine and grinder, and all the white goods you could need. Conveniently located on this ground floor, the king-size master bedroom has been dressed with quality linens and is served by a modern en-suite shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and there is a family bathroom. Every window frames the local views perfectly in this delightful cottage.
Threp'nybit Cottage is located on a working farm with livestock in the fields that surround it, meaning this hideaway is ideally located to take advantage of the numerous, beautiful walks throughout Ryedale and the North York Moors. There are public footpaths close to the farm which link up to walks in Riccaldale, as well as the Helmsley, Bransdale or Bilsdale areas, without even having to take your car out of the drive! The picturesque and popular destination of Helmsley is the nearest town with many shops, galleries, pubs, cafes, restaurants, takeaways and even a brewery. Attractions include a mediaeval castle, walled garden, luxury spa, bird of prey centre, outdoor swimming pool (summer months only) and a children's play area.

A stair gate can only be fitted at the bottom of the stairs. We ask those staying with infants requiring a stair gate to occupy the ground floor only. Pillows and duvets are synthetic. Ground Floor: Sitting room With a wood burning stove, comfortable seating, Smart television with DVD player and a nest of tables. Open-plan kitchen and dining area With electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and grinder, washing machine and dining table seating six guests. Master bedroom With a 5' king-size bed. (Please note the bed frame is now solid wood). Restricted headroom on one side of the bed. En-suite shower room With a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
