The residence is located in an enviable position on the gulf and on the small port of Porto Azzurro, one of the most beautiful and characteristic places on the island. From the Residence you can reach the village with a few minutes' walk, without using the car. The town is one of the favorite places for Elban visitors, a fishing village that retains all its charm, with a very lively evening center, full of clubs, events as well as its great historical heritage and the view over the bay full of boats. sailing, a unique scenario of its kind.
The building has an outdoor area for outdoor dining and relaxation, and you can also take advantage of a shared swimming pool of about 110 square meters, with a sea view in a panoramic position above the town and the beach. The swimming pool is open to the public from 20 May to 30/09/2024, in other periods it is not accessible.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The three-room apartment n. 7 has 6 beds and is a poolside apartment. The Pool open the 20/05/24.
Tastefully furnished, it consists of a double bedroom with a third single bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and an equipped covered outdoor area perfect for dining and relaxing.
From the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
