This rustic holiday home is situated in Roquefort-de-Sault, amidst a tranquil and serene environment. On the outskirts of a small mountain village, the home is situated away from the main road, making it Ideal for enjoying peace and quiet in the garden that surrounds the property. Many walks directly from the door in beautiful scenery, and a short drive to everything that this area has to offer, including windsurfing, white water rafting and skiing in season. The home has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests and accommodates up to 2 pets. There is free WiFi plus a range of DVDs, books and games. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue. There is a cafe/restaurant and general store in the village open Thursday-Sunday. The general stores and restaurants in Axat are at a distance of 12 km, and there is a very popular Sunday morning farmer's market at Esperaza (35km). Many old Cather castles are in the area, together with extensive vineyards with their own cellars. Perpignan and Carcassonne are both around 70km away.

Vi hade en hÀrlig vistelse i chaleten i Roquefort-de-Sault, Platsen Àr supertrÀnvlig, perfekt för avkoppling och att bara vara borta frÄn allt, Jag njöt av morgonkaffet pÄ terrassen med de fantastiska vyerna, Köket var vÀlutrustat, vilket gjorde det lÀtt att laga mat efter en dag av vandring, Bara en heads up, bybutiken Àr bara öppen nÄgra dagar i veckan, men vi hittade mÄnga alternativ i Axat, som ligger bara en kort bilresa bort, Sammanfattningsvis skulle jag definitivt rekommendera denna plats om du vill ha lugn och lite utomhusunderhÄllning!

Maison sympathique, bien isolée. Il manquait juste les 2 chaises longues de la photo pour bien profiter du jardin. A louer si on souhaite faire une retraite au calme.

We werden goed ontvangen toen we bij het sleuteladres aankwamen. Huisje is heel mooi en rustige omgeving. We hadden alleen niet verwacht dat er een huis naast ons stond maar, merken amper dat ze er zijn. Herten lopen savonds langs het pad bij het vakantiehuis ( echt super mooi zo in de volle natuur). Tuin is niet vlak en er loopt een pad achter de achtertuin dus het voelt niet helemaal prive maar we zijn hier nu een aantal dagen en er is nog niemand over het pad gelopen, behalve wij zelf. Wel jammer dat de tuin om het huis niet is afgezet, omdat we een hond bij ons hebben die toch wel reageert op de paarden die af en toe langs ons huis lopen, van de nabij gelegen manage. Maar wat een top locatie. Je moet wel.stukje rijden voor dagje weg. Of boodschappen maar, omdat de omgeving zo mooi is, is dit totaal geen straf. Huisje heeft alles enige minpunt is dat de dvds van slechte kwaliteit zijn. Maar ach...wie kijkt er nou tv op vakantie ;). Dit huis incl.omgeving krijgt van ons een dikke 9!

We konden eerder in ons huisje. Was wel even zoeken naar het sleuteladres. Nauwe straatjes waar je amper in kon keren. Echt een typisch Frans dorpje. Ontvangst vriendelijk. Omgeving is schitterend. Nauwe rotsige doorgangen...gorges...hoge collen en rust...rust...rust....Huisje voorzien van zowat alles. Alleen een goed koffiezet apparaat ontbrak. Wij hadden het onze meegenomen. Gelukkig maar. Heerlijk grote koelkast en grote diepvries. Wel fijn als een grote super op 40 minuten rijden afstand is. (Quillan) Super goede beveiligde WIFI. Heel fijn.

La petite maison est trÚs bien équipée.A une vingtaine de kilomÚtres de spot intéressant, belles balades. Prévoir le minimum car commerce a une demie heure de route. Parfait pour se couper du monde.

nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able, les commoditĂ©s sont trĂšs Ă©loignĂ©es,(il faut prĂ©voir!!!) il n y a pas de micro onde( trĂšs difficile avec un bĂ©bĂ©...). cela manque de prĂ©cision globale dans l'annonce. l'accueil par la personne sur les lieux est parfaite. c'est une location tenue par des anglais et toutes les explications sont en anglais et mĂȘme les dvd pour les adultes et enfants car il n'y a pas d'antenne. les photos ont Ă©tait bien prise sur l'annonce car a notre arrivĂ©e ce n'est pas tout a fait le mĂȘme effet, il y a une grande maison devant la terrasse qui n'apparait pas sur les photos, mais nous avons globalement passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, la rĂ©gion est splendide , avis au amoureux de la nature!!!

TrĂšs bonne petite maison pour les vacances

La maison est agréable, trÚs propre, au calme. il y a tous les petits trucs qui font que le séjour est amélioré: torchon, éponge, savon, barbecue, ustensiles de cuisine divers, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, etc... trÚs bonne communication avec la gestionnaire des lieux. Le WiFi fonctionne bien. C'était top. Nous recommandons.

Chalet chaleureux et confortable, au calme. TrÚs propre. Il y a le minimum dont on a besoin pendant les vacances. Par contre, le mitigeur est à changer, il fuit et le réglage de l'eau chaude se fait trÚs mal, on a failli se brûler plusieurs fois. L'isolation est à revoir aussi, il y a de la condensation sur les vitres et le chauffage de la chambre fonctionne mal.
