Great 1-bedroom apartment on the beachfront of Marbella centre, with amazing views over the sea and community pools, surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary.

The holiday home is on the ground floor (no elevator required), and comprises: modern living room with access to the private furnished terrace with sea views, sofa bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV, extendable dining table, and open-plan kitchen ready for cooking; bathroom with shower; and bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe to store your belongings.

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.
