PLEASE always ask for availability first ! modern apartment 3 BEDROOMS , 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with everything, in residential quite area 3 minutes walking from talamanca beach and 10-15 minutes walking from port of marina botafoch and ibiza old town, few minutes by car, SUITABLE QUITE PEOPLE, NO PARTY PEOPLE allowed, just families, couples, it is a quite building. this is not a party place- the apartment is equipped with everything, fiber optic internet as well - i accept dogs with a small extra charge - MAXIMUM 4PAX- IMPORTANT NOTE : electricity costs have multiplied by 3 in the last year in Ibiza, it is included in the price a use of 4/5hrs hrs a day of air conditioning, more hours will be charged extra - SMALL EXTRA CHarge for pets

Beautiful apartment, calm area. Perfect for families

We are a family of five. The apartment was just perfect for our much-anticipated holiday. Plenty of room. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Luna the host was so helpful. Thank you!
