Our stay was absolutely wonderful – thank you so much! There were four of us: three women and one little man of one year old. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The spacious property allowed us to relax in the shade or enjoy the sun in peace. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Once again, I must emphasize the exceptional cleanliness – with snow-white bed linen and towels. Thank you, Francescа and Аlessandro, for your warm hospitality!

Mitten im LebenD der Maremma

Das Haus und seine Umgebung sind einfach aber mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet und ermöglichen den Gästen einen erholsamen, entspannenden Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin Francesca ist präsent und zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht; ob auf italienisch oder englisch. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und einen wunderbaren Urlaub inmitten der Landwirtschaft der Maremma verbracht. Einzig die Zanzare haben uns fast gefressen :-)

Wunderbares, liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu 4. für 10 Tage im wunderbaren Haus von Francesca zu Gast. Wir hatten das Appartamento No. 1 und verbrachten dort eine tolle Zeit. Nicht nur unsere Wohnung, sondern das komplette Haus mit dem riesigen Grundstück sind gepflegt, sauber und extrem liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Überall gibt es kleine und große Dinge zu bestaunen, vom Begrüßungsgeschenk in der Küche bis zum riesigen Gemüsegarten auf dem Grundstück. Der Garten ist riesig, es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und viel Platz zum Spielen für Kinder. In den ersten Tagen entdeckten wir immer wieder neue, kleine Annehmlichkeiten: Fahrräder können gemietet werden, außerdem gibt es eine frei zugängliche Tischtennisplatte und eine Sammlung von Strandequipment, an der sich jeder bedienen darf. Wir haben die Sammlung von Sonnenschirmen, Eimern, Schaufeln, Taucherbrillen etc. bei unserer Abreise noch im eine Luftmatratze erweitert. 😉 Alles war blitzsauber und gut ausgestattet: Bad, Küche, Betten, Geschirr... Alle Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Handtücher frisch und flauschig. Francesca war fast täglich vor Ort und ist auch per what's app und email immer schnell zu erreichen. Sie ist ein echter Sonnenschein, immer fröhlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Es war während unseres Besuchs extrem heiß, auch nachts nur knapp unter 30 Grad. Uns standen 2 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung, die haben uns nachts vor allem im 1. Stock gerettet. Außer einer Klimaanlage haben wir tatsächlich NICHTS vermisst. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und können das Bella Valle uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank Francesca und Co.!

Fijn huis voor combinatie Toscaans strand en steden

Super fijne woning. Mooie inrichting. Voorzieningen rond het huis zoals meerdere zitplaatsen en tafeltennis. 2km van het strand met makkelijk parkeren. Dicht bij de snelweg zodat de Toscaanse steden goed te bereiken zijn. Hartelijke ontvangst.

Tpyisches Landhaus in der Toskana

Schönes Landhaus in der Toskana, gute Lage außerhalb des Dorfes. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. In der Küche war alles notwendige zum selber kochen oder zum Frühstücken. Ist regional eingerichtet, einfach aber mit Charme. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Was auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und zum Entspannen.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Bauernhaus in der Toskana. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war super. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir frisches Bettzeug und Habdtücher. Es gab sogar Begrüßungsgeschenke, eine Flasche Wein und das hauseigene Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man kann mit den Rädern in 10 Minuten am schönen Strand sein. Pisa, Volterra und Lucca sind auch in fahrbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Francesca. Vielen lieben Dank.

Apartment Nr. 1

Wir hatten das Apartment Nr. 1 mit drei Schlafzimmern und einen privaten Garten (Kräutergarten). Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allen notwendigen Sachen. Auch die Sauberkeit vom Apartment ist sehr gut. Das Auto parkt man direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und immer hilfsbereit. Der große Supermarkt „Conad“ ist ca. 3 km entfernt und zum Meer ca. 2 km. Auch der große Garten vor dem Haus ist mit Grill und Liegen ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Gegend, kein Autolärm. Vielen Dank für die Flasche Wein! Wir können das Apartment bestens Empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet, die Außenanlagen sind traumhaft. Es ist schön ruhig und man kann alles super mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen! Die Gratisflasche Wein war köstlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
