About this property

Villa Angela Flores is a magnificent villa to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is in one of the best areas of Moraira just 5 min. walking from the sandy beach, the port and all the services that Moraira offers, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.
The villa is distributed in 2 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The upper part consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, barbecue, large private pool, parking and garage.
With air conditioning hot / cold and wifi.
Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase.
Walking the streets of the urban area of Moraira is another of the great attractions for the visitor. Its cobbled streets and the facades of its typical houses on the Costa Blanca give this town a special charm.
Sitting down to have a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops that run through its urban area will provide you with another vision of this coastal town.
A must-see are also the almost 8 kilometers of coastline that the town of Moraira has, made up of seven unspoilt beaches and coves that offer the best version of the Mediterranean Sea.
Some of them have been awarded the blue flag for the quality of their waters and the services they offer to the visitor to enjoy a full day at the beach or practice any of the many activities and water sports that these beaches and coves of the Alicante coast allow.

Very nice villa with some flaws

The location of the villa is super, just 5 a 10 walking to Moraira and it’s beaches. The infinity pool is big (5x10 meter) and has a beautiful view on the sea and bay. The pool deck is large and has enough seats, a pool table and a bbq. The general state of the villa could use an upgrade. The bath and bedrooms need improvements. The beds inside and outside need replacement. The beds inside are small, noisy and uncomfortable. Also the pool beds are not in a good shape.

La villa muy amplia, el salon muy comodo gracias a la gran mesa y sus 10 comodas plazas de sofá. Las habitaciones amplias y con gran capacidad en los armarios. La piscina estupenda, muy limpia y bien ubicada. Con vistas al mar y le da el sol todo el día por lonque la temperatura del agua está muy bien. El espacio exterior genial con zona chill y mesa grande para cenar. En general hemos estado muy cómodos y a gusto. Los colchones de muelles son incómodos, demasiado básicos para una villa de esas características y con bordes muy pronunciados. Los baños con bañera tienen una media mampara que no evita que salga el agua al ducharse. En la cocina se echa en falta una placa con algún fuego para recipientes grandes. Es lenta y queda pequeña para las 10 personas que puede alojar la villa. La barbacoa muy pequeñita.

Opinión Villa Ángela Flores

El alojamiento está bien, cuidado, pero las camas y almohadas no tienen el confort que esperábamos para este tipo de alojamiento. Muchas de las camas hacían ruido solo al sentarse, lo que ya hace ver la calidad de los colchones. En el caso de las almohadas, eran muy básicas y tampoco permitían un adecuado descanso. Esta es lo más relevante que todos los.alojados hemos compartido. La piscina era ideal, y con muy buen mantenimiento. En relación a otros costes adicionales al del alojamiento, lo percibo abusivo concretamente el pago no incluido del wifi y el aire acondicionado. En todos los alojamientos que he estado estaban incluidos, y en este eran costes relevantes, a pesar de el alojamiento no es barato.
