Villa Eligo will enchant everyone from every floor of the house with a sea view.
It is located in Premantura, a quiet touristy town, 10 km from Pula.
400 m2 of the house are spread over 3 floors.
We have 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 shared bathroom and toilet.
The spacious living room with fireplace and TV, billiards, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 10 people are on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are bedrooms with private bathrooms.
On the second floor of the house there is a wellness area with sauna and fitness room. From this floor of the house you have the most beautiful view of the sea and the Kamenjak nature park, which is located near the villa.
The villa offers 2 hot tubs, one on the 2nd floor of the house and one in the courtyard by the pool. The pool is 40 m2 and there are 8 deck chairs.
The garden is completely fenced, so that the parking spaces are secure and guests can enjoy complete privacy.
On the terrace there is a gas grill, a table and 10 chairs.
