About this property

BINI SEGUÍ is a large 175 m2 villa with a lot of charm and character (it has an old stone tower) located in the best area of the Binibeca Vell Urbanization, a few meters from the sea and with a privileged position and views. The house consists of two floors, each of which raised as an independent house, connected by an external staircase that surrounds the tower. Both plants have been completely renovated in January 2012, and have air conditioning with heat pump.
