The house enjoys fantastic views of the sea both from its terrace with a swimming pool and from various rooms in the house.

On the ground floor is the main living room with beautiful sea views, a big, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and two of them also air conditioning.
On the first floor is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a large terrace with spectacular sea views.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and a large number of trees. From the house, there is a wild path that leads to the virgin cove of Biniparratx. It is a comfortable home located in a spectacular setting.
