I love this apartment because the sun shines through the living room and bedroom and the view of the greenery on the hill across the street, and sea view from my balcony is my Zen place. I love walking up the hill every day and seeing that magnificent view of the beach and mountains.
The people at SpainSun reply almost immediately, if you require anything.
We are very pleased with the apartment we rented in Nerja in July 2023. The apartment is located very nicely, short road to both the beach and the city centre, is recommended.

We are very pleased with the apartment we rented in Nerja in July 2023. The apartment is located very nicely, short road to both the beach and the city centre, is recommended.
Location superb, apartment lovely with a great balcony, sun all day.Only one downside is the supermarket was closed nearby jan-march, so a 12 minute walk uphill to the mercadona.

Perfect apartment near Burriana beach
We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. From the very beginning of the booking process, everything was very smooth, while Mirabel and the team at Spanish Sun Rentals kept in contact with us throughout our stay.
The apartment's location is fantastic, less than a five-minute walk to the sea. We had a hire car, but hardly used it at all, as it was so easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and to the centre of Nerja. There are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance.
It wax really comfortable, and very well equipped, with a lovely balcony, and great air-conditioning. I hope we will be back again!

Fijn verblijf op loopafstand van strand Burriana Beach
Het terras en het uitzicht zijn beide heel mooi.
Er waren enkele niet-werkende faciliteiten, zoals oven en buitenverlichting. Keukeninrichting is niet helemaal compleet, enkele kapotte onderdelen.
reveil face à la mer, petit déjeuner face à la mer, puis 50 pas et baignade bronzage. déjeuner à la Barca, baignade, bronzage. Retour 50 pas puis diner puis repos et on recommence pendant 7 jours....tout ça sans voiture ! ! ! Trop bien on recommence l'année prochaine.

Volveremos, sin lugar a duda!
Por problemas ajenos a la propiedad en la que estabamos alojados, nos tuvimos que cambiar de casa, y Spain Sun Rentals coordinó para que pudieramos pasar la ultima noche en este apartamento. Agradecer a ellos y a la dueña por su amabilidad y rápida gestión. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo unos metros de la arena. unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza, muy cómodo. El ascensor tiene acceso desde el parking al apartamento, por lo que se resulta muy cómodo para subir maletas o compra.
