Unbeatable location, close to everything you need, Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Buses, Taxis.

Each room of the house has a comfortable 150cm bed, with quality pillows, our guests praise our beds, Led TV in each room, each room has a large built-in wardrobe to be able to leave luggage for both short and long stays.

The house was specifically designed for short or long-term tourist rentals, with exclusive details to improve the guest experience, so that they feel at home, but with the comforts of being on vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you may need, oven, microwave, toaster, 2 types of coffee maker, Italian or American, juice machine, all kinds of cooking utensils, pans and pots, kettle, kettle, etc. …

It has a washing machine. Shampoo and towels in abundance for the entire stay, also hair dryer and iron for clothes, clothes line.

The living room is equipped with Led TV, also SATELLITE CHANNELS, with a wide variety of foreign channels.

The WIFI that the house has is exclusive and personal for our guests, it is fiber optic.

All the lighting in the apartment is warm Led, so that the apartment is very cozy, you will feel at home.

At breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large table on the terrace to enjoy our climate. The housing complex has a renovated swimming pool and children's area, with free hammocks available to enjoy sunbathing or also in the shade of the palm trees, if you rent a car, it is perfect, since you have FREE PARKING for your vehicle, at your Upon arrival I will give you the key to access the parking lot, the entire building is monitored by cameras 24 hours a day and has a Concierge service.

The house is located in a residential building, rest is guaranteed, you have a supermarket in the same building, leaving the building 100 meters away you will find other supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants, also in the same building there is a cafeteria, hairdresser, motorcycle rental and bikes
