Excellent location. The house is lovely, clean, and very well equipped. It has two terraces—one sunny in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. I would definitely rent it again in the future.

Schon im Vorfeld lief die Kommunikation mit Jacinto, den Besitzer des Hauses, super In unserem Fall lief die Schlüsselübergabe für das Haus persönlich ab. Jacinto hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, wie was funktioniert. Die Kommunikation lief auf Englisch super. Das Haus ist super gelegen, direkt am Jachthafen. Es ist ein Reihenhaus in einer sehr schön angelegten Siedlung, der Eingang zum nicht beheizten Gemeinschaftspool liegt direkt gegenüber. Das Haus an sich ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bequemen und ausreichend großen Matratzen in den 2 Schlafzimmern, sogar einen Topper gab es für jedes Bett, für diejenigen, die es weicher mögen. Es waren ausreichend Kissen und zusätzliche Decken sowie Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, so dass man gut kochen konnte. Es gibt dort sogar einen separaten Wasserhahn, aus dem Trinkwasser kommt (dank Filteranlage), ein echtes Plus! Parkplätze direkt vor der Anlage gab es zu jederzeit ausreichend. Bei unserer Abreise konnten wir die Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox direkt am Haus lassen.Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben war, wie anfangs schon erwähnt, die super Kommunikation mit Jacinto - vielen Dank für alles. Du bist ein wirklich hervorragender Gastgeber 🥰

Rebecca y su familia fueron unos huéspedes súper respetuosos con la casa, muy limpios, muy cercanos y facilitaron muchísimo la comunicación en todo momento. A quien le toque hospedar a esta familia está con suerte, ya que son, sin duda, de lo mejor que he visto. Nuestras puertas están abiertas para ellos. Deseando volver a hospedarles

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr schönen sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und verbindlich.Eine sehr schöne erholsame und entspannte Woche!
