Le logement est superbe ( comme sur les photos ) c'est très propre et très bien situé ( à 5 minutes à pied du petit bateaux qui vous emmène à la plage pour 1.50 euros ) Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et tout nous a été expliqué avec précision. Le lit est très confortable et très grand. Point négatif, la vue actuelle sur le chantier qui n'est pas terrible mais il n'y a pas de bruit ( octobre 2022 ) et l'épaisseur des murs lorsqu'il y a des voisins on entend assez fort.Point à améliorer, à l'entrée dans le logement tout est vide , pas de produit vaisselle, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle pas de sel poivre ou encore une pastille de café ou thé c'est dommage et facilement améliorable. En résumé nous recommandons vraiment ce logement et nous y reviendrons probablement.

Grosse Baustelle direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück wurde verschwiegen.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Appartement und auch die Anlage entsprachen den Beschreibungen und es gefiel uns in Punkto Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage. Leider konnten wir die Urlaubstage nur nicht so genießen wie wir es gedacht hatten. An das Grundstück der Anlage angrenzend gibt es eine sehr grosse Baustelle auf der eine neue Ferienanlage gebaut wird. Die Baustelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Balkon. Die Bauarbeiten fingen schon vor 8:00 Uhr morgens an und dauerten bis 17:00 Uhr abends durchgehend. Die Lärmbelästigung war durch das schwere im Einsatz befindliche Baugerät beträchtlich. Ein Ausschlafen war nicht möglich, der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war nur bei geschlossenen Balkontüren machbar. Unsere geplanten Mobilen Arbeitszeiten konnten wir nicht auf dem Balkon durchführen. Eine Nutzung des Balkons kam auch für Mahlzeiten leider überhaupt nicht in Frage. Auf den Bildern die bei der Buchung hinterlegt waren ist die Baustelle nicht vorhanden. Im Gegenteil der Blick vom Balkon war ins Grüne ohne jegliche Baustelle. Und in der Objekt Beschreibung war diese auch nicht erwähnt. Die Atmosphäre ist jetzt eine ganz andere als in der Beschreibung und den damaligen Bildern und wir hätten die Wohnung mit Sicherheit nicht gebucht, wenn wir diese Umstände gekannt hätten. Wir verstehen auch nicht, warum wir nicht im Vorwege über diese deutliche Beeinträchtigung der Wohnqualität informiert wurden. Bisher haben wir auch noch keine Antwort von den Vermietern auf unsere Reklamation erhalten.

Nice property.

Enjoyed our stay in this nice property once we got settled in. The property does need some attention but is clean and comfortable. Was frustrated that they only left 1/2 roll of TP and told us we needed to buy our own. A short walk to the boardwalk where there are plenty of places to eat and spent a great day on the nearby beach.
