Modern 1 bedroom first floor apartment with a lovely poolside balcony, air conditioning and heating fitted throughout. The apartment is in a great location, right in the village centre and is within easy walking distance of the beach. This beautifully furnished apartment consists of an open-plan living and dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 1 comfortable spacious bedroom, (1 twin) with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The living area has a sofa bed (sleeps 1 small child) and features sliding patio doors with views of pool and gardens. There is TV, air conditioning (Bedroom and Living room) and central heating. The balcony is accessed from the kitchen complete with seating area. The apartment includes a large swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. WIFI is available if required, 30 Euros per week.

Perfect for our stay in Cabanas

Just great for our holiday in Cabanas, Clean and comfortable. A short distance to the local amenities, especially Eschalo's, good food and drinks. A 5 min. walk to the Sea front board walk and local Restaurants and shops. A 20 min. drive to Tavira, for Shops, bars and Restaurants.

Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed for a week here in September. The apartment is in a perfect location, easy walking to the beach, bars, restaurants and all other amenities. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. we could not have wished for more and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Cabanas De Tavira.

Bad 50 ger , dunkel, alt kaputt ohne Lüftung, kein bequemes Sitzmöbel, Plastik auf dem Balkon, der nicht benutzbar ist, wenn die Klimaanlage läuft, kein Internet, kaum Sender, alte kleine Kessel, stumpfe Messer, kein Schäler, keine Sender, es war Fusball EM, keine Spülmaschine fehlende Küchenausstattung, keine Kaffeemaschine oder Padmaschine,defekte oder fehlende Rolladen, keine Steckdosen am Bett, dreckiger Balkon, Schwalben beim Nestbau und ständig im Sturzflug auf den Balkon, kein Sonnenschirm, Wohnung lieblos und ungepflegt, Pool und Betten und Lage im Ort waren gut, Aufzug fehlt, Müllentsorgung war unklar, Preis zu teuer für Leistung

The review is reflective of your critical attitude. You paid 465 Euros for 1 week's stay in which you cost us 300 Euros in utility bills and 85 Euros in extra cleaning costs due to your negligence of the apartment. For 465 Euros, you were blessed with a modern, quality apartment, very close to the beach with access to four swimming pools. Too expensive? I advise anyone taking a booking from you to request a high deposit. The apartment is as shown in the photos, comfortably spacious, fully equipped with a lovely view of the pool. We do not advertise a dishwasher, an elevator, a coffee machine, a parasol, or illegal German TV in Portugal, so your comments are confusing. In the apartment, there are two comfortable sofas, 4 dining chairs, plenty of choice of seating for you both. There is no need for an elevator for an apartment that is in the first floor, as it is only 10 steps from the entrance and you were fully aware of this before you booked! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a manual coffee plunger. The apartment was built to a high quality in the mid 2000´s, so the comment about 1950´s is unfounded. All apartments have the air conditioning units outside. Why would you sit outside on the terrace and then thoughtlessly, still have the air conditioning on? You were offered internet and you declined the service. There are no broken shutters. The balcony was clean, as was the apartment, as I checked it myself and yes, there are swallows and it's beautiful to see.

Normal. Precisa de alguns arranjos de pequena monta. Sugiro colocar antiderrapante na banheira. AS lâmpadas são tão fraquinhas que não se consegue ler, de noite, sem forçar a vista e é difícil desfaer a barba no WC. Os sofás são muito incómodos, talvez precisem de ser substituídos

O apartamento é excelente para um casal em férias. Está muito bem equipado e bem cuidado. O acesso aos barcos para a praia faz-se em 10 minutos a pé. É a segunda vez que ficamos neste apartamento. O Mark é muito amável e está sempre contactável. A entrega da chave decorreu com toda a tranquilidade dentro do combinado. Em organização, profissionalismo e pontualidade temos muito a aprender com os estrangeiros.

O apartamento está em óptimo estado e situado numa zona sossegada e muito perto do acesso aos barcos que fazem a travessia para a praia. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível quando solicitado e a entrega das chaves decorreu conforme o combinado. O apartamento está muito bem equipado com tudo aquilo que é necessário. Foi uma óptimo estadia e contamos voltar para o ano.

Nosso apartamento era e sempre é muito limpo quando os clientes chegam. Você deixou o apartamento muito sujo quando fez o check-out. Você também saiu do apartamento sem pagar pelo WIFI solicitado, o que não é uma coisa muito agradável de se fazer.

Relaxing break

We loved our stay at the apartment, very close to everything. Pool can get a bit noisy with children which seems to carry into the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable although did feel a few more home comforts would be good such as a reading lamp in bedroom and softer lighting in living area and perhaps a change of towels as don't want to be always washing them. The restaurants were excellent value and loved water taxi into Tavira. We will hopefully visit again sometime.

O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, o técnico me disse depois da visita ao apartamento que estava tentando usar o controle remoto da televisão em vez de usar o controle remoto do ar condicionado.

The apartment was exactly as described and in an ideal position for self catering. This is a first class one bedroom apartment in a great location in Cabanas. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, this contributed to a relaxing holiday. The apartment is secure and internally it has everything (and I mean everything) you need for a comfortable break. The apartment and balcony overlook a lovely swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The apartment is only a very short walk to the promenade, which is lovely to walk along at any time, especially in the evening. The massive unspoiled golden sandy beach is again only a short walk away. The apartment is also ideally situated for the many lovely bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. All in all everything was perfect! The best, most relaxing holiday my husband and I have ever had. We would definitely love to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment it was clean and the towels and bedding we're changed after the first week .The only few touches that we're missing was hair dryer, washing up liquid and extra toilet rolls . But after saying that we would definitely book again

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est très calme, propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Agréable balcon. La possibilité d'utiliser au choix les quatre piscines est un vrai plus. Mark nous a bien accueilli et recommandé des restaurants. Nous vous recommandons ce logement.

Wonderful apartment, amazing location.

We stayed at this apartment during a golf trip in May. We had stayed in Cabanas before and loved it so decided to go back but this time stay in this apartment near the beach. Cabanas was as good as before but staying here made the trip even better. Our hosts were waiting for us on arrival and were very welcoming. The apartment is spacious and beautiful and was more than big enough for the two of us. It has everything you would need. Location is also perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the pubs and restaurants and beach but with a brilliant view over the swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Just Perfect

This apartment was just perfect for our stay in Cabanas. The apartment is only a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurantes. We hired a car which we parked outside the apartment door, which we did not need to use as we were so close to everything. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday, including air conditioning and the lovely swimming pool. This apartment has an excellent location and my wife and I would highly recommend it to anyone for a holiday stay in Cabanas.
