Casa Celeste is a new villa (2021), surrounded by greenery and close to the sea (about 3 km).

It can accommodate up to 4 people and has large exclusive outdoor spaces.

The interiors are treated in detail and have the main comforts such as the heating/cooling system, Wi-Fi internet connection, dishwasher and everything needed to ensure an exclusive and relaxing stay.

It is located in southern Salento, land of the two seas, with sunrises that resurface from the Adriatic Sea and beautiful sunsets that plunge into the Ionian Sea.


THE LOCATION

The house is located in a rural area and close to country roads and paths. It is located next to the Costa Otranto Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park, a protected area located along the eastern coast of Salento, full of very suggestive and extremely interesting paths, routes and itineraries.
Casa Celeste is less than 1 km from the town of Corsano, where are all the main activities (groceries, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks, bars, pastry shops, gyms, gas stations and much more).
The closest beach is in Marina di Novaglie, less than 3 km away, characterized by low rocks, crystal clear waters and natural caves. It will be a unique experience for lovers of snorkelling, fishing, boat tours and being able to dive into crystal clear waters and discover a hidden world with mysterious caves and unique colors that only the sea of Salento can offer to its visitors.
Furthermore, in a few minutes by car it will be possible to reach the Ionian coast and other suggestive locations that characterize this wonderful part of Italy.

COMPOSITION OF THE HOUSE

The house extends over a plot of approximately 3000 m2 and is made up of a long entrance driveway with private internal parking, large external spaces, a garden with olive grove and the house.
The style of Casa Celeste is characterized by Mediterranean colours, the typical Lecce stone, the barrel vault, the dry stone walls, and other recurring elements of Salento architecture.

THE HOUSE

The house is approximately 65 m2 large and consists of a very comfortable two-room house. The style and details of the furnishings give beauty and elegance, the wood and exposed stone create a pleasant alternation between the rustic and modern style.
The property is equipped with an independent heating/cooling system, railings and double glazed windows. All the essential services are available to guarantee comfort and safety during your holiday.
Casa Celeste can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a complete and equipped kitchen (stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and dining table); a living room equipped with air conditioning and furnished with a double sofa bed and armchairs, equipped wall, blackout curtains, internal fireplace and smart TV. From the lounge you can admire the large garden and the beautiful infinity pool.
The elegant double bedroom is the most intimate and private space in the house, a comfortable, warm and welcoming environment. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, equipped wall, blackout curtains and air conditioning.
Finally, a lovely bathroom complete with a shower box and services.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor area is an invitation to total relaxation and is typical of a rural environment. A young olive grove, organic vegetable garden, ornamental plants and typical Salento flowers surround the house. The outdoor space will allow you to spend pleasant moments in the pool, organize tasty barbecues, relax in the shade and read a book in the quiet and surrounded by nature.
The large wooden porch is well furnished and offers a beautiful panoramic view. It is equipped with sun protection curtains, which will allow you to use the space even during the sunniest hours.
The porch also has a comfortable stone barbecue corner, ideal for organizing tasty barbecues, a relaxation area composed of sofas and a comfortable umbrella.
The little corner of paradise of Casa Celeste is represented by the infinity pool. It is surrounded by greenery and will allow you to spend unique moments.

The swimming pool is large 7 x 4 x 1.3 metres, with a shallow water area, a solarium with sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor shower.
All the property and services present are exclusive and not shared.
The house has convenient enclosed internal parking, main entrance with automatic gate and a centralized alarm system, to ensure greater convenience and safety.

Casa Celeste is just a km from Corsano, where you can find all (grocieries, pharmacies, gyms, petrol station, bank, playground, pizzerias, pastry shops, etc.)
The surrounding area is full of paths and country roads, ideal for pleasant walks, sporting activities or trekking. Even the so-called "Tratturi" are among the elements that characterize the surrounding landscape. These are ancient communication routes that allowed connections to be maintained between the coast and the towns located inland, such as "Le Vie Del Sale" or the "Sentiero delle Cipolliane".
The closest beaches are those of Marina di Guardiola 2 km away and the bay of Marina di Novaglie just under 3 km away.
In particular, in the Marina di Novaglie it is possible to do many activities (snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving, boat tour and much more).

Finally, about 12 km from the house, Santa Maria di Leuca, with its beautiful nineteenth-century villas, the monumental waterfall, the Basilica sanctuary de Finibus Terrae with its lighthouse, the seafront, restaurants, beaches and other interesting points of interest to visit.
