About this property
Chanonry View, Self-catering cottage with stunning sea view, Fortrose Black Isle
Wake up to beautiful sunrises across Chanonry Point from both the lounge and master bedroom and enjoy the sun in the garden all day long.
Sat back from the road within a quiet culdesac in the residential area of Feddon Hill, Chanonry View is a secret retreat with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the Moray Firth.
All on one floor and with an accessible shower, it's geared up for guests with reduced mobility (please note that there is a minimum of 3 steps to gain access into the property, however, 3 of the 4 entrances have handrails).
The king size en suite bedroom has views over the Moray Firth and the twin room looks out over the beautiful garden to the rear.
The living room has a 2 seat recliner sofa and two armchairs with footstools. The dining room has an extendable table with ample room for 4 guests.
There is also an outdoor dining table and BBQ area for a disposable BBQ and numerous seated areas for soaking up the garden sun all day long.
Sorry, no pets, even the most well behaved ones.

About the host
Hosted by Jacqueline & Craig

We've lived in Fortrose for almost 15 years now and it's a wonderful part of the Scottish Highlands. With its own microclimate, Fortrose benefits from warmer, dryer weather than its neighbouring towns. It's only a 30 minute drive from Inverness but being right next to the sea makes it feel like you're in a different world. Fortrose and the nearby villages of Avoch, Rosemarkie and Cromaty have so much to offer.
Whether it's outdoor activities such as golf, walking, cycling or building sandcastles or relaxing in cafe or restaurant right on the beach, it's a wonderful place to unwind and get away from it all.
