Villa Minerva - Your Relaxation Refuge Just Steps from the Beach



Welcome to Villa Minerva, a charming holiday home located in a privileged location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Comfort and accessibility are key, so you won't need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer.



This villa has 4 cosy bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, ensuring your rest at all times. Additionally, it has 2 full bathrooms, perfect for the comfort of your group.



The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying good weather, with a spacious covered terrace for relaxing in the shade and a built-in barbecue so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. And, of course, the private pool will be the centre of fun during your stay, providing the perfect place to cool off and enjoy sunny days.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary so that you can cook comfortably during your stay, and the living room offers a cosy atmosphere for you to relax after a day of exploration.



Villa Minerva is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing and hassle-free experience, with everything you need at your fingertips.

Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Lovely villa

Stayed with friends on cycling holiday and it was perfect for us. Massive garage which I didn't know about was great to park bikes. Loads of room in kitchen and large sitting/dining room. Location is 50m off beach and 500m from beach front bars. Away from the beach are a supermarket and cafe/restaurants. The villa is old fashioned and a little dated but was clean on arrival with a welcome pack and loads of towels.

Good location. Tired house

Good location, very close to the beach but the house for the price is a bit old and tired and in need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms which are not pleasant to use!! Some of the beds are not that comfy and the layout of the house is also very strange. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and found it hard to get into the house with the number of keys and entry doors around the house, also there was no bottled water supplied for the first night which was not a good situation as all the shops were closed. The good points are the pool, big bbq and location.

Villa heel dicht bij het strand, echt fantastisch! Met een halfuurtje lopen zat je in alcudia, daar waren veel leuke tentjes en dingen te doen. In de buurt van het huis zelf was het aanbod aan restaurants etc wel minder. Ze zijn er wel, maar gwn wat minder leuk. Maar wel ontzettend dicht bij het strand dus, dus als je dat zoekt is deze locatie fantastisch! Huis was mooi opgeruimd en het zwembad was heerlijk. We hebben ons vermaakt!

Top Lage zum Strand und Supermarkt, relativ ruhige Lage und sehr schön eingerichtet die Bäder bräuchten mal wieder eine Renovierung, die Schlösser sollten mal wieder überprüft werden ( Gartentore und sonstige Schlösser) und ein zweiter Schlüsselbund wäre schön gewesen

We had a fantastic week at Villa Minerva! the house was absolutely huge, with 4 good sized double/twin rooms, a massive kitchen with full size oven, fridge and dishwasher along with every single pot, pan, crockery you could ask for. The two bathrooms were slightly dated but absolutely do the job. There are loads of dining spaces inside and out and 3 large comfortable sofas. The outdoor space is really what made this place though, it has a full wrap around terrace with plenty of sun loungers, chairs and tables. The stone BBQ was a huge plus and the pool was absolutely spotless (despite the reviews about the leaves), the pool was absolutely freezing but it's what is expected. The beach couldn't be any closer, it is literally a side street away (less than a minutes walk) and there's a large Eroski and Lidl a few minutes walk away as well for those who want to cook. The check in instructions need to be updated to be clearer as there's about 12 keys on a bunch with 4 exterior doors.

Das Haus ist sehr gross mit vielen Zimmern. Typisch südländischer Charme. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Grill ist virhandenDas Meer ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

La casa es grande, bastante limpia pero necesita algo de mantenimiento.

Está muy cerca de la playa, en una zona con poco ruido. La casa es grande y estuvimos muy bien desayunando y cenando en la mesa exterior cerca de la piscina. Durante nuestra estancia, vino el propietario a arreglar algo de la piscina, le dije q los fogones no quemaban bien y mandó un técnico para que lo arreglara. Las camas son muy cortas, los colchones tienen sus años, la ventana de madera del baño, al estar cerca de la ducha ha quedado muy deteriorada.
