Elegant apartment just a stone's throw from the sea with an enchanting view of the Isola Bella Nature Reserve in Taormina.

Furnished in a classic style and equipped with air conditioning, it offers all the amenities needed to enjoy unforgettable moments in one of Sicily’s most beautiful locations.

The apartment is a three-room unit measuring 90 square metres with a spacious, panoramic terrace of 100 square metres overlooking the stunning Isola Bella Nature Reserve in Taormina and can accommodate 2 to 4 people for stays ranging from a minimum of one week to a maximum of 30 days.

It is just 30 metres from the trailhead to the Isola Bella Nature Reserve and 100 metres from the funicular, which takes you to city centre Taormina in just 5 minutes. It is also well-connected to the surrounding tourist area thanks to the bus stop located right below.

A wonderful apartment to stay at for a fabulous holiday in Taormina. The terrace gives you such a good view of the bay and Isola Bella. Everything you need is on your doorstep from restaurants to mini markets. The hosts Carmelo and Francesca were very helpful. The cable car up to the main part of Taormina was a short walk away. We would thoroughly recommend this property and this area. The memory of looking out over the bay every evening, watching the lights come on on the island, will stay with us for a long time

The apartment was big, lovely, wonderfully air conditioned and clean. What captives is the spectacular terrace overlooking Isola Bella. Our 10 days flew by way too quickly. We look forward to coming back to this paradise in the not too distant future. Thank you Carmelo and Francesca for sharing Gianni House with us.

We stayed 10 nights mid-Sept and had a fantastic holiday. Carmelo met us at the apartment as planned and was very welcoming and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and spacious (for 2) and had everything we needed and as described. We loved the character of the place and the large terrace with the beautiful view which we spent many hours on.The location is fantastic, you probably can't stay any closer to the beach however there are steps down to the beach. The nearby shops have most essentials but are quite pricey, we found the nearest supermarket up in the town more affordable. There are also a few restaurants/take aways nearby. The walk to town is via a lot of steps (about 30 min walk) or the bus stop is just down the road. When taking the buses be aware they usually run at least 15 mins late. We did not have a car and found our way around ok either walking, buses or train to the airport and there is also a very short cable car ride to town a few mins walk away. We definitely recommend this apartment. We would have preferred some comfortable terrace furniture as what is is there is quite basic (plastics chairs and deckchairs)

We had a great time in the apartment, although a little dated. It really didn't matter!! Had everything you needed, with air-con, which was a blessing in the heat! The Host met us, To let us in.Which is excellent as you won't find your way in otherwise!! LOL. Obviously your paying for that view and location.I hired a car. DON'T!!! It's a nightmare driving round their. And there is no parking at the apartment. However you can negotiate with the parking man at the very back ( Near ski lift) Which cost me a extra 185 Euro's. So it's your call?? But I'll warn you now, The local driving etiquette is NOT the best. ( And you might get road rage!!??). But enough of that, The location is fantastic, the view to die for!! What isn't there to like? Oh and the beach is 250M away (Although enjoy the step's coming back up) As Arnie say's "I'll be back"

Everything was amazing, Carmelo is a great host who made sure to welcome us personally. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. Absolute gem in a perfect location

Honestly we could not have been happier. The most magical location and beautiful, traditional home. We absolutely adored our week here and would absolutely come again in a heart beat! This beautiful space is incredibly value for money being minutes from the beach and the cable car to Taormina.

The property is a modest one but please don't this put you off. The location and views are superb. A well stocked small supermarket is just a few feet away and the young shop assistany speaks english and was very helpful.

We had a great time in Taormina Mazzaro and were frequent at the lovely beach (gravel/pebble) nearby the Isola bella. Since we had a rental car, which was no problem with parking following the advice of our Host, we spent also a lot of time traveling around. Thanks to Carmelo Ruggeri!

The property was very comfy for two - the nice living room with sofa chairs and a dining table had a double bed off it, but we did not need that as there were only two of us. The separate double bedroom was very comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked with things like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and also some milk, fruit and cake snacks, which was nice. When we did want to buy other things, there are four or five mini-markets within walking distance to buy bread, arancini, cheese, beer, etc.Before we got there, I was a bit confused as to how we got in, but Carmelo arranged to meet us and was there promptly. The flat shares an entrance with the Mendolia Beach Hotel, and is on the third floor. The terrace to the apartment was just as large as it looks in the photos, and has some lovely plants on it, including a lemon tree. We spent lots of time out there enjoying the view. A great place to stay.

Carmelo was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early, explained everything we needed to do during our stay. He was only a few minutes away if we had any problem and came over very quickly. A really nice man. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

The property was as advertised and shown in the listing, it is spacious and has a fantastic terrace. Carmelo (host) was extremely helpful meeting us when we arrived and showing us around the apartment. The decor is very traditional, comfortable and has everything that you need. The only point that we would make is perhaps the outside furniture could do with an upgrade and an additional lounger.All in all, a lovely property in a fantastic location.

Beautiful view on the Isola Bella!

A gigantic private terrace with a view on the sea. You literally could hear the crashing of the waves, while you enjoyed the view on the peninsula. We had a lot of space in the clean flat which has unique and old furniture. The owner, Carmelo, was very friendly and sympathetic. Altogether it was one of our best and beautiful vacations!

Wow!

Absolutely fantastic stay at what must be one of the best locations in Taormina.Carmelo was ill the day of our check in but his lovely sister, Francesca met us for a very easy check in.The huge terrace is simply fantastic and it’s perfect for an early morning coffee or that last glass of wine. We never tired of that view!If you are able to book it, you won’t be disappointed. We would come back in a heartbeat.Thank you for hosting us in such a fantastic apartment.
