This 2-bedroom home is just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pollensa, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and neighboring Alcudia are also within easy reach. The house has a beautiful garden area next to its pool, being an ideal place to rest and disconnect. It also has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms, as well as free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

The property is accessed via a private drive, behind which there is a parking area for your vehicle. The main entrance is at the front of the house. Inside, a combined lounge and dining area has ample seating, while the wood-beamed ceiling gives the villa a warm and welcoming feel. The dining room gives direct access to the covered terrace, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a small breakfast bar with stools, perfect for morning coffee. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room.
