We got there in the rain and left im the sun! Used the WIFI to work, had a few powercuts including the big one. The host kept me informed. His manager only speaks Portuguese or French, which can be a challenge. The property was very clean and had almost everything you could want. If there isn't, the chinese shop nr the butchers has everything! The beds are a little on the hard side and there were not enough pillows. That is our preference though. The place has beds for upto 6 people but sofa only for 3 and sitting on garden furniture all evening was not good. We used the Supermarket 4 doors down, we used this alot. Supermarkets are a 10 min drive ie Aldi, Intermarche and Pingo Doce. In the direction of Altura. Restaurant next door is very good and Mar's Bar over the road for food. All the restaurants are good. In the area. Beach is beautiful with only a 5 to 10 min walk. It does get extremely busy. We would book again definitely.
