Our cottage is located in North Eastham
1 mile from Campground Beach (bay side), close to 5 other bayside beaches.
2.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach (ocean side), 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (ocean side), and 0.25 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail—all just a short walk away from our home.
The house is also near the quaint towns of Orleans, Chatham, and Wellfleet, 25 minutes from Provincetown.
The house is conveniently within walking distance of local ice cream shops and restaurants. There is also a drive-in movie theatre, a flea market, shopping, restaurants, boating, and golf just minutes away.
The house itself features a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances; We also offer a new propane fire pit to keep you warm on cool nights!
You are welcome to use our linens or bring your own if you prefer.

There is a designated work space in the twin bedroom, equipped with computer desk and chair.

AC SPLITS In Every Room

Amenities include: high-speed easy to use Xfinity internet; full cable package; an outdoor fire pit; an outdoor propane fire pit/table; as well as a jacuzzi in the master bath! There is a large outdoor shower to enjoy which the site lists as the third bathroom

Please note the indoor fireplace is not functional.

The house was perfect for our group! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful- we went out to dinner one night and the other night we ate dinner around the roomy kitchen island. We enjoyed chatting and relaxing in the living room. It was a wonderful weekend and we would love to stay there again on our next trip to the Cape

Comfortable Cottage

We’ve been coming to the Outer Cape for decades. This has to be the most comfortable place that we have stayed so far. Clean and homey. We will be back!

Restful & comfortable home

Just what we oldsters needed, quiet, immaculate and comfortable home. Our 14 year old was comfortable as well. Quick drive to watch the sun set on Nauset Beach; we have not been there in years. We highly recommend any size family to select this charming and comfortable home for vacation or family gathering

Perfect location for Cape attractions

We find Eastham to be the best spot on the Cape for us, and we've rented 6-7 properties there over the years. This one was by far the best. Often, rentals will lack basic items (measuring cups, a collander, etc.). We found everything we needed. And we enjoyed the family photos, too!

Quiet Snowy Cape Vacation

Perfect holiday vacation for all of us- our dog Harlie had a wonderful first Christmas! The house was the perfect size and the bed was SO comfortable. Two great bathrooms- one with a large jacuzzi tub (so relaxing). The kitchen was perfectly designed with a large central countertop, large fridge, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook a great meal. Thank you- we’ll be back!

Central Location

Wonderful central Cape Cod location- we enjoyed hanging out and playing games in between seeing the Beautiful Cape- it rained a bit and was chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the outside space but inside was cozy nad comfortable!

Lovely home in great area!

We gather every memorial day weekend with friends and needed somewhere to stay local to the house we all gather. This was perfectly situated and had all the amenities we needed! Hosts were great communicators and we really enjoyed our stay at Banitaville!

Lovely Home in Eastham - Five Stars in All Categories

A friend and I and her two dogs just spent a three night stay in this lovely home. Super clean! Super cozy! Completely stocked with everything one needs for a little vacation…soaps, sheets, spices… The kitchen is big, beautiful and bright. The three bedrooms are pristine and comfortable. The dining area and living room are both warm and welcoming with a fun beachy vibe. We also loved the area as many beaches are super close, as are restaurants and shops. I would stay here again, even off season like this past trip. I happily, and highly, recommend this home.

Great beach cottage near bayside beaches in Eastham.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. House is cozy and has everything you need. Close to both bayside and ocean beaches. Owner is responsive and easy to reach in regard to questions and is invested in you having a good vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Cape Cod Getaway

Banitaville was in a great location to easily get to many towns on the cape. We walked to several beaches and walking trails. Easy access to route 6 to get anywhere else. The house had everything we needed or wanted. Enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Cape Cod Home

This was a very cozy home with a very coastal theme throughout. We stayed with our dog and access to the yard was good. We loved the outdoor seating area and gas fire pit. Even though we stayed off season, we enjoyed being close to the beaches. A great get away!

Cute cottage in great location

Perfect spot for our family of four. Right off main route, short drive to ocean or bay beaches. Love the funky decor and updated kitchen with granite island and new appliances. We’ll be back!

The house is beautiful, clean as a whistle, comfy beds, and bright sky lights in the kitchen. The beach-themed decor has been lovingly chosen and adds ambiance. Every convenience is thought of from kitchen implements, to outdoor motion lighting, to shampoo dispenser in the shower, and laundry, towels, everything! We really enjoyed our weekend stay!

Love this summer place!

The spot is fun and comfy for 6 adults. Location exactly as described. The fire table and deck table were in constant use! Had few questions and owner was super responsive. Would rent again without a doubt! Be sure to enjoy Marconi beach and return with bottle of wine for sunset. Also pet friendly.

Great place to stay

We loved the set up of the house - it was perfect for our family. It's located conveniently near the beaches and places we like to visit. We went during the off season so many places weren't open. But, doing a short visit, we expected that and planned on scoping out the area for a later visit. Would definitely like to return! Hosts were responsive and informative.

Eastham family vacation

This property was a great choice for our family. We loved the large island in the kitchen and the seating that it afforded us. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was comfortable and we used it a lot! The house was charming with all of the beach decorations throughout all of the rooms. The bathrooms were a nice size as were the three bedrooms. The house was well stocked with towels (beach and bathroom), paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this house.

The owners communicated very well and promptly. They even gave us a couple of suggestions for what to do. We took one of the suggestions for live music and loved it The house is even better than shown online. We will be back for sure.

Five stars!

This is a sweet, nicely laid-out house in a great location with everything you could hope for provided, even beach towels. Kevin, our host, was very helpful and alerted us to the fact that the Pan-Mass Challenge bike route goes right past the driveway, so we had fun cheering on the racers the morning after we arrived. Overall, a lovely stay, and as close to perfect as we've found on the Cape. Thank you, Kevin!
