Walk 5 min to the end of the lane to your private Bay Beach for swimming, fishing, endless beach walks, and spectacular sunsets. Year-round original Cape Cod cottage attached to owner's residence on quiet dead-end gravel road, with separate driveway and yard. Close to National Seashore and Bay Beaches. Short walk to Wiley Park at Great Pond for fresh water swimming, playground and fishing. One mile to Cape cod Bike Trail. Bedroom 1 w/queen bed (queen sheets provided) Bedroom 2 w/3 twin beds (twin sheets are not provided but available for rental on request) Blankets, and towels for each guest. Full complete kitchen including range, microwave and expandable dining set for 4-6. Full bath with tub/shower. Washer/dryer and storage for personal items (bikes, beach chairs etc.).Outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table for 6. Cable TV/DVD, wireless Internet access, books and board games incase it rains. Regular trash pick up. Close to area attractions and restaurants.

Friend getaway

Lovely area! We all had a great time! 5 minute walk to the beach was just what we needed. The beach was great for the kids since it was quiet and the waves were small. The cottage was perfect and fit the 5 of us comfortably. Definitely going to go back!

Cute Updated Cottage in Eastham

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked little cottage in Eastham. The cottage had an old-Cape feel with modern updates - perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. I was a bit worried about having the cottage attached to the owners' residence but the cottage felt completely private.

This accomodation is on a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that is itself a lovely place to walk. Heard owls each night, and a variety of birds during the day. The deck was a great place for morning coffee and reading.

Perfect Getaway!

We needed to find a new place for our annual vacation due to our usual spot not available for rent anymore. This cottage was so clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for! Everything from check-in to our last day was phenomenal. My children, 8 and 5, even stated that it was “a great home away from home” and they didn’t want to leave! Thank you, we will be back!!

This was the perfect cottage for us! It had everything we needed and some unexpected extras like a big beautiful outdoor shower, beach chairs, skim and boogie board for the child and a private patio area. This cottage exceed our expectations!

We loved our stay! Bob and Lori’s rental is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location! We loved having a quick walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and outdoor shower! Bob and Lori also helped us when our son left his favorite blanket after checkout. We highly recommend!

Perfect location to explore the Cap, and close enough for a 7 min walk to a private beach. Hosts are great resources for local recommendations, and the cottage had everything we needed. Very much appreciated non teflon cook pan and pot options.

Just right!

Bob and Lori are really conscientious hosts! The property is very clean and has everything you need and also only what you need, so it's immaculately clean and easy to feel comfortable. They were attentive and thoughtful in just the right ways that helped our family relax and make the most of our time on the Cape. In the past we've stayed nearer to Chatham, but we are so glad we tried Eastham -- the easy access to the points of interest on the National Seashore and to the calmer bayside beach was perfect for our April stay. Nightly jaunts for sunsets over water made for wonderful memories. Plus, Provincetown is much closer and has so much to offer as well in the "off-season." I don't usually like or leave all-5-star reviews because they don't seem genuine, but this one definitely is.

the Perfect place for us!

The cottage was lovely, and was a major factor in our enjoying our time in Eastham. We had several rainy days, and the cottage was the perfect place to curl up with a book. Also loved having a fully equipped kitchen for extravagant breakfasts!

Quiet & Relaxing Get Away

The hosts left no detail overlooked. The cottage was charming, cozy, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location on “a quiet country road” was just that, and only minutes from the beach which we took full advantage of. Our hosts were friendly and attentive. The location though off the beaten path was within easy driving distance to the Cape Cod National Seashore, bike trails and restaurants. We had a lovely time.
