Stunning 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. Sleeps 6.
This is a fantastic apartment sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, and is right in the heart of the city centre. The local area, the New Town, is awash with restaurants, bars and shopping, and the Old Town is just a few minutes away.
The living area is open plan, with feature fireplace and expertly furnished. Cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, CD/Radio player and complimentary WiFi are all available for guests use. The adjoining kitchen comes with all mod cons, breakfast bar and coved dining area. The three double bedrooms all feature their own en suite with either shower or bath, king size beds and ample storage.
Please note Wi-Fi at this property is complimentary.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 6! Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect to walk to lots of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend this location!

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are all very modern and clean looking. Plenty of space for our family of five. Location was great, we walked most places but also had no issues catching a Taxi right out the front door.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location…we walked everywhere…to the sites, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and TP. We were 3 couples and appreciated all 3 bedrooms having an en suite.

This was an ideal location & property for our stay in Edinburgh with 3 adult couples. The listing accurately reflects the property & management was helpful & available when required. Hughly recommend the property!
What a fantastic property. As a group of three couples, the property was perfect for us, with three en-suite bathrooms and a good size living room / dining room etc.
The fit and finish of the property is first class and the location is perfect for a sight seeing trip to Edinburgh.
The communication with the property manager was also excellent from booking through to our stay

The apartment was in the perfect location. Clean, spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to all! The wash machine/dryer combo was a little difficult for us to understand to use dryer. Otherwise the apartment was wonderful!

This apartment was in an excellent location with everything you need! Located so close to the bus station for our daily excursions, it was so easy and convenient for our group of 6. Lots of pubs, restaurants and grocery nearby and only a few blocks from Waverly Station, we didn’t have to walk a million miles to get anywhere. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! It made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Great centralized location. Perfect space for 5 adults with a bathroom in each bedroom. Only downside was no onsite parking. Other than that 10/10 recommend.

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Each bedrooms' ensuite was an added bonus. Kitchen was nicely appointed and large living room spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication by host. Appreciated his assistance with early check-in. Great location.

The apartment provided all that 6 adults needed. Bedrooms were large and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were most welcome. The lounge area was quite large and comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. Plenty of light from the large windows/doors despite it being a basement apartment. Our manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was excellent. A short walk to the bus station and city center. I would only suggest more than one dish towel and a manual for the washer/dryer.

Our stay was great! The location is ideal and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms! We enjoyed the use of the laundry in the kitchen but the dryer would not work for us. We ran it multiple times and clothes were still damp. Only other issue was the bath tub drain stopper in the master was not functioning. Otherwise the property was great! Definitely happy we booked it and stayed.
Appartamento molto comodo, accogliente, spazioso e dotato di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e suppellettile. Host molto cortese e disponibile.
Zona molto comoda e vicina a i principali siti di interesse di Edimburgo.
Uniche note da segnalare: il cortile antistante l'ingresso ha molto bisogno di essere pulito, per ragioni igieniche sarebbe preferibile limitare la presenza di moquette e tappeti a pelo molto alto e quando si entra in casa si sente un odore di ambiente chiuso non gradevole, pur specificando che l'appartamento è pulito.
Nel complesso la valutazione è comunque positiva.
