Absolutely enjoyed the stay The flat was literally 3min walk from the beach which we enjoyed with hubby. The place was clean as described and everything that you need was there. The host was very proactive with sending us directions to the flat as well as all shops near by with 1 click you was on google maps taking you to thar destination. Same when it came to host recommendations to places to visit. We recived all the worth to see places near by where we were staying. Very responsive and flexible as we were allowed to get into property earlier due to our early flat. In all highly recommended 👌

Fab location. Clean accommodation. Could do with better linen and pillows also an extra bed cover ,blanket perhaps, would have been welcome. Only a single sheet was provided Good shower and bathroom. No view from small but adequate terrace. Only one wine glass!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay there!

We really enjoyed our stay there! It is super close from the beach and supermarket, which was great! From the pictures we somehow expected the flat to be bigger, but it was fine. We loved the terrace, from where you could have apéro while the sun is going down. Also we were glad, that they had an AC. However, the kitchen is sparsely equipped and smells a little funny too. The Wifi is not not too stable and only works in few places, so it's not sufficient if you'd like to do some work from there. Apart from that, we had a great time and the communication with Pep and Maggie was super easy and always helpful!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est très bien équipé et bien situé. Si vous voulez aller à la plage ou profiter de la ville animée tout est accessible à pied. Le port d’Alcudia ainsi que sa vieille ville sont à 10 minutes maximum en voiture. Très bon séjour je recommande

Die Unterkunft bietet eine hervorragende Lage direkt am Strand mit optimaler Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fast unmittelbar vor der Haustür, was das Erkunden der Umgebung erleichtert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen, besonders für Reisende, die priorisierten Zugang zum Meer und eine zentrale Position suchen. Allerdings gab es einige Komforteinbußen bei Bett und Sofa, was den Gesamteindruck schmälerte. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder bei begrenztem Budget ist die Unterkunft dennoch eine praktische Wahl, solange man Kompromisse bei der Ausstattung akzeptiert.

Heruntergekommenes Appartment mit magerer Ausstattung

Leider hat es uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Küche war extrem schlecht ausgestattet, was das Kochen leider ziemlich schwierig machte (kein Schneidebrett, Miniatur Topf/Pfanne, weder Schwamm, noch Handtuch zum Abspülen). Insgesamt ist das Apartment auch extrem dunkel und wirkt dadurch sehr unfreundlich. Die Lage lässt auch zu wünschen übrig: zwar ist es nah zum Strand, man ist aber eingekesselt von riesigen Hotelbunkern und ein paar Meter vor dem Balkon liegt eine ziemlich stark befahrene Straße. Schade - die Bilder im Internet versprachen etwas anderes!
