"Dionis" is the name of this beautiful apartment, featuring a large terrace with sea view right on the seafront, where the renowned sandy beach of Alcudia begins.

The terrace is ideal, as it not only offers incredible sea views but also includes a table with chairs for 4 people and two sun loungers for sunbathing. The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with numerous windows allowing in plenty of light, along with a sofa for relaxation and television viewing. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. Ideal for a young family travelling. The location was also ideal right beside the promenade, beach, shops, restaurants and the port.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the beachfront, good for people watching on the busy streets surrounding the apartment too. We hired a car and managed to find spaces in nearby streets within walking distance, there’s a bus stop outside the apartment for public transport. There’s a great Spar directly across the road with lots of variety and UK brands. Plenty of restaurant sections immediately outside and a short walk away at the Marina. We travelled with our 3 year old and she loved how close it was to the beach & there’s a small play area directly outside. There’s trampolines / bouncy castles just a few minutes walk up the marina too for the little ones. The host was very attentive and had everything looked out that we needed for our daughter. The aircon was great in all the bedrooms to keep us cool in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you could need. The wifi was very fast for streaming TV.

Exceptionnel !

Tout était parfait. Apparemment spacieux avec un canapé super confortable dans le salon. Gros coup de cœur. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux enfants en bas âges qui ont adoré. Salon spacieux pour jouer. Grandes chambres. Vendeur de glace en bas de l’appartement. Manège, aire de jeu à 2 pas. Très bons restos juste en bas. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Même pour faire les courses, juste à traverser la rue. Honnêtement, génial. Surtout avec des enfants. Très bien climatisé. Appartement les pieds dans l’eau avec la plage juste en bas. Mon fils a pleuré quand on est parti ! :) Dernier point super important : aucun problème pour se stationner. Parking à proximité.

Lage - fussläufig hat man alles was man braucht - Einkauf, Restaurants, Strand, Sightseeing, Unterhaltung Matrazen sehr hart / Küchenequiment bessere Messer für die etwas härteren Lebensmittel-)

Very nice location, excellent view. It could be sometimes a bit louder in the evening, but acceptable since it is a vacation time. Missing towels hooks in the bathroom. Very nice apartment
