"Dionis" is the name of this beautiful apartment, with a large terrace with sea views, on the first line, where the kilometers-long and well-known sandy beach of Alcudia begins.



The terrace is ideal, as in addition to its incredible sea views, it has a table with chairs for 4 people and two sun loungers. The apartment has a quite spacious living-dining room with numerous large windows that let in light and a sofa to rest and watch television. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room.



In addition, they have two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the sea view terrace, which will make your stay very comfortable and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both the two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and wifi.

Beautifully designed property, in a great location with the most spectacular views

I received plenty of information and support before and during my stay. Everything was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach and restaurants and had a lovely November break in Alcudia and Palma. Would highly recommend this property.

Great apartment and location

Great modern, apartment with all amenities. Clean and fantastic views of the bay/marina. Grocery stores across the street as are many great restaurants. The washing machine was a bonus!

Great spacious apartment with amazing sea view + balcony with all day sun

We spent 1 week in February at the apartment with our 2 kids. Great apartment, big bedrooms, and an amazing balcony, all day sun with sea view. The weather was cold but on the balcony it was very warm and nice with some sunshine. Location is perfect, on the beach and bars and restaurants next door. Only downside is the entrance of the building (a bit dirty and some drunk guys hanging around the front door of the building) and the apartment is quite noisy (you hear the neighbours pretty good). But we had a great stay

Lovely apartment with great view

The apartment is lovely, it is very big, a nice terrace with sun most of the day, and in a great central location. Supermarket across the road, right on the beach with great views, many restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. We had a car, there isn’t parking at the property but plenty of parking within a few minutes walk? You can park briefly right outside to drop off and pick up luggage so wasn’t a problem? Host was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy on how to get into the building and the apartment, code for the external door and key box for the apartment. Having a lift is handy! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again no problem!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time in Alcuida

The apartment is much bigger than I thought and was very clean. Had issues with the WIFI but got that resolved quickly by the letting agents. ldeal location and the view from the balcony were amazing. Few negative comments on this place would be if we got a basic groceries such as bread, water etc from the owner .. there was nothing at all. As we are next to the beach, some beach articles would have been nice touch, towels etc. There was no shampoobody wash, but was on the listing. Alcuida is beautiful place to visit and would recommend it.

On arrival, we found the Property Manager to be very friendly and efficient. He explained everything in a very courteous and concise manner with excellent English. The apartment is located in a great location with great amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and very very clean with the Bonus of high speed internet. Pros: Beach view and Port views from the apartment windows. Taxi rank located below. 2 x Supermarkets across the road. Restaurants situated below facing the beach. Children play area located on the beach just below apartment. Very friendly area. Family orientated. Wonderful Beach with shallow water and very clean. Cons: None really. Review: 5 Stars *****

Location location!

We stayed in this 2 bedroom condo for a week. I can’t say enough about the location! Close to the restaurants, literally on the beach. Communication with the property manager was easy. Nicely furnished, equipped kitchen (No basic supplies like salt & pepper, paper towels or garbage bags, just 1 garbage bag under the sink and in the bathroom and only 1 roll of toilet paper which I’ve never experienced before). The living room was very comfortable, balcony was well utilized by us, overlooking the beach. Totally loved it. The air conditioning worked very well. The toilet ran continuously in the toilet a small trickle that we contacted the property manager about. If you rent a car parking isn’t easy, we parked about a 5 minute walk away in a empty lot, as did a lot of others. Overall a very positive stay and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the beachfront, good for people watching on the busy streets surrounding the apartment too. We hired a car and managed to find spaces in nearby streets within walking distance, there’s a bus stop outside the apartment for public transport. There’s a great Spar directly across the road with lots of variety and UK brands. Plenty of restaurant sections immediately outside and a short walk away at the Marina. We travelled with our 3 year old and she loved how close it was to the beach & there’s a small play area directly outside. There’s trampolines / bouncy castles just a few minutes walk up the marina too for the little ones. The host was very attentive and had everything looked out that we needed for our daughter. The aircon was great in all the bedrooms to keep us cool in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you could need. The wifi was very fast for streaming TV.

La plage en face est bien et on est bien centrale sur l&amprsquo&icircle. Les restos en bas sont plus bruyant que pr&eacutevu, finissant vers 23h. La porte principale de l&amprsquoimmeuble n&amprsquoest pas barr&eacutee et en arrivant nous avons remarqué des cam&eacutera à l&amprsquoint&eacuterieur de l&amprsquoappartement, dans le salon et l&amprsquoentr&eacutee. Bien qu&amprsquoelle avait l&amprsquoair d&eacutesactiver ce fut une surprise. Mais le logement en soit est propre et spacieux.

Lo peor son las zonas de acceso que están viejas y descuidadas. La ubicación es muy buena y aunque es complicado aparcar cerca, se puede ir andando a la playa y a los restaurantes.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in appartement Dionis met ons gezin met twee kleine kinderen

Het appartement is compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien, ook was het super schoon bij aankomst en waren de instructies voor de zelf incheck heel duidelijk en gemakkelijk. De ligging was voor ons ideaal, direct aan het strand, waardoor we gemakkelijk heen en weer konden van strand naar het appartement. En het uitzicht over de baai en de haven is alleen al de moeite waard! Wij waren hier in het voorseizoen en het was qua geluid van de beneden gelegen restaurants goed te doen / stoorde ons niet. Je hoort wel de muziek en het geroezemoes, maar meer als achtergrond geluid. Het enige wat we vonden tegenvallen waren de parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. In de nabije omgeving was eigenlijk nooit plek en bij ons was het nog niet eens hoogseizoen. Wij parkeerden steeds op het openbare parkeerterrein op 5 minuten loopafstand, dat was prima te doen, maar wel iets om je even op in te stellen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist wunderbar und die Unterkunft groß. Die Küche und die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. - Im Schrank im Wohnzimmer waren zwei sehr alte Kissen mit kleinen Käfern. Die Kissen und auch der Schrank haben sehr nach Schweiß gestunken. - Auf den Fotos ist ein Spielplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft zu sehen. Dieser existiert nicht mehr. Für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das leider eine kleine Enttäuschung. Die Bilder sollten erneuert werden

Wir wurden von den Eigentümern der Wohnung sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die beste Lage mit dem schönsten Rundumausblick und ganz tollem Balkon direkt am Port Alcudia sowie Strand. Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür sowie Möglichkeiten um Fahrzeuge anzumieten. Trubel und Leben ist bis 23 Uhr ca. Wer früh schlafen geht, sollte seine Ohropax nicht vergessen. Der Urlaub war wundervoll Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gardinen sowie die Kissenbezüge der Couch bedürfen Wartung.

Exceptionnel !

Tout était parfait. Apparemment spacieux avec un canapé super confortable dans le salon. Gros coup de cœur. Nous y avons séjourné avec deux enfants en bas âges qui ont adoré. Salon spacieux pour jouer. Grandes chambres. Vendeur de glace en bas de l’appartement. Manège, aire de jeu à 2 pas. Très bons restos juste en bas. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Même pour faire les courses, juste à traverser la rue. Honnêtement, génial. Surtout avec des enfants. Très bien climatisé. Appartement les pieds dans l’eau avec la plage juste en bas. Mon fils a pleuré quand on est parti ! :) Dernier point super important : aucun problème pour se stationner. Parking à proximité.
