This apartment, perched nearly on top of the resort, offers a lovely view over the bay and hills of northern sardinia. Check in was quite amusing involving a mixture between gestures and google translate. We found ourselfs in a super tidy apartment and beautifully maintained garden, unquestionably one of the best places we've been during our vacations in italy. The kitchen was well-equipped and super clean. Highest standard we've ever encountered in Italy. We didn't make use of the AC, however, having an additional washing machine during hot months was key as clothes run out rapidly during 30 degrees plus through days. Since we've spent most of the time sitting outside and enjoying the view, we didnt switch on TV. We even found some citronella candles in the apartment to get rid of mosquitoes. That's what you call proactive thinking. The beach is close by, you don't need shoes since there are no sea urchins, but some stamina because there are some stairs to climb after. Piero was immediately available regarding any issues. If you're planning to spent some time next to Palau we would definitely recommend checking out this place rather than touristy accommodations in Palau.

Alla scoperta della Costa smeralda

L’immobile è situato in un complesso di villette a schiera in posizione meravigliosa e gode di un panorama notevole. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10/15 min, spostandosi in auto nel raggio di 10 km c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. La casa presenta un piccolo giardino antistante con pergolato in cui è possibile mangiare. Purtroppo questo spazio è parzialmente fruibile perché in zona nonostante le operazioni di disinfestazione c’è una massiccia presenza di vespe molto fastidiose sopratutto durante i pasti. L’interno è perfetto, arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario con wi-fi e tv. Gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi e funzionali, (manca il forno).L’immobile presenta anche un comodo terrazzino sul retro. In sintesi: ottima sistemazione da consigliare.

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Meerblick

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Lage ist ruhig und nur 10 min entfernt von einem sehr schönen Strand. Der check-in und die Kommuniation vorab und während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

SOGGIORNO PALAU - LA ROSA DEI VENTI

Premessa d'obbligo è che Palau è una bellissima cittadina balneare, ricca di spiagge e con un mare eccezionale, con una quantità incredibile di spiagge e località da visitare. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, con una vista su un panorama magnifico. Siamo stati benissimo e siamo molto contenti della vacanza appena trascorsa. La casa è perfettamente arredata, con tutti gli accessori per far fronte alle esigenze di vita quotidiana. Le fotografie riportate sul sito sono perfettamente corrispondenti alla realtà. Il Sig. Boveri è una persona molto cortese e assolutamente disponibile a risolvere a qualsiasi necessità. In sostanza, se ne avremo la possibilità, io e mia moglie torneremo a Palau, nello stesso appartamento, sempre che, ovviamente, sia disponibile. Ringrazio, quindi, il Sig. Boveri per la fantastica vacanza che abbiamo trascorso nella sua bella casa. Alla prossima!!!
