We kindly ask that the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure. Please ensure any board games or DVDs used are returned to their original boxes or cases.
Please note: We do not expect guests to clean before leaving, but the property should not be left in an excessively messy or damaged state. If it is not left reasonably clean and tidy (beyond normal use), guests may be charged for additional cleaning.
Parking
There is space for up to 2 vehicles on the street directly in front of the property. Please do not bring more than 2 vehicles, as this may cause issues with neighbours or access.
Noise
We ask that you are considerate our neighbours by keeping noise levels respectful, especially late at night.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outside only, please use the front area or back garden.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
These are available on request for an additional fee of £30, allowing check-in from 2pm or check-out up to 12 noon.
Pets
Small, well-trained dogs are welcome for short stays (larger dogs or other pets may be considered on request). Pets must remain on the ground floor, stay off all furniture, and be included on your booking. You will need to agree to our Pet Policy (below) at the time of booking.

- All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of in the outside bin before check-out.
