Precious and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro.

If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, at Ca Ses Nines you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.

Capacity for 5 people.



The house is divided into two floors.

On the ground floor is the living-dining room, kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is also the garage that can be used.

On the first floor are the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another with a single bed. Apart from a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a cosy patio to spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink with the best company. This patio communicates with the terrace on the first floor, which has a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant evenings.



Air conditioning in the living room and dining room and in the hallway of the bedrooms.



IMPORTANT:

It’s exactly like on the pictures. Nothing to complain. Very beautiful appartment and super clean. Just parking the car in the garage is hell. It’s almost impossible to not hit the car at the sidewalk during the parking.

Perfekte Kleinstadt-Haus

Die Zentrale Lage in Muro machte es leicht vor Ort fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Aber auch um schnell in die Berge oder an den Strand zu fahren war sie für uns super. Dank der Garage (Max für VW Polo)

Een fijne accommodatie gelegen in een rustige straat en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er staat bijvoorbeeld in de keuken een mand waar vorige gasten houdbare producten kunnen achterlaten voor de volgende gasten. Dat is heel fijn en geeft een goed gevoel dat wat je niet mee kunt nemen naar huis niet zomaar wordt weggegooid. Dat je de auto kwijt kunt in de garage naast het huis is heel fijn. Maar vereist wel enige stuurmanskunst! Parkeer achteruit in en huur een kleine auto! Wij hadden een Citroën C3 en groter past bijna niet. Wij waren er in de kerstvakantie met ongeveer 16 graden. Iedere dag blauwe hemel met zon, maar er komt geen zon in de woning. Dat is zomers heel fijn, maar nu was het lastig om het te verwarmen binnen. Maar met het deken op de bank was het prima te doen. De organisatie die het beheert voor de eigenaar reageerde altijd heel snel op mijn vragen.

Een charmante woning in een rustige buurt. Op loopafstand van bakker en supermarkt, met een markt op zondag en verschillende bars om iets te gaan drinken. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de verkenning van het eiland. Het huis zelf is gerieflijk, goed onderhouden en met degelijke bedden en goed sanitair. De keuken is basic maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. De garage is handig maar vraagt toch wat rijvaardigheid om erin te geraken en je mag geen grote auto huren. Kortom een prima vakantiewoning. Een flesje cava als welkom, werd gewaardeerd en was de start van een toffe vakantie.

Supermarkt, Café und Frühstücksgelegenheiten. Den morgendlichen Kaffee begleitet von einem Schoko Croissant haben wir in der Sonne genießen können. Een prachtig en schoon verblijf. Fijne uitvalsbasis om van alles op Mallorca te doen. Het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar had zelfs wat producten voor ons klaar gezet om te gebruiken, heel lief. Er is een redelijk smalle parkeergarage beschikbaar voor de auto, die met wat voor- en achter uit insteken goed te gebruiken is voor onze modale huurauto. Wij kunnen dit verblijf zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Familienurlaub im Herbst

Sehr schöne geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Wer Mallorca authentisch erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Eingebettet in eine quirlige Nachbarschaft liegt das Haus nur wenige Minuten von Bäckereien und Bars entfernt, in denen man sehr lecker und günstig essen kann. Für uns war Muro ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Erlicherweise muss man erwähnen, daß die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und die Nächte deshalb weniger erholsam sind.

Urlaub zum abschalten

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Haus! Alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Abseits vom Touristen-Trubel, soll heißen wer Ruhe sucht findet diese hier definitiv! Die vorhandene Garage ist super, da Parkplätze schwer zu finden sind und man mit seinen Einkäufen direkt im Haus ist. Die Stadt hat viele enge Einbahnstraßen, daher ist das Einfahren in die Garage nur mit Kleinwagen möglich. Aber wenn man es raus hat geht es wie geschmiert. Um die Ecke gibt es typisch mallorquinische Bars für das Glas Wein am Abend.
