The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea and the village. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The entrance area is on the first floor, where the living room with American kitchen is located. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a shower room between the two bedrooms. From the living room, which is equipped with a dining area and a cosy sofa corner, there is access to a terrace furnished with a large dining area and a staircase to the garden. There you will find the pool as well as additional seating, sun loungers and a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. The basement is a separate flat and can only be accessed from the outside through a separate entrance door. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, an anteroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location
The holiday chalet is located in a quiet residential area in Colonia de Sant Pere, approx. 450 metres from the sea. From here you can easily reach all the restaurants, the beach promenade with a small, family-friendly village beach and the many different shops in the village. You will need only a few minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Colònia de Sant Pere (Colonia de San Pedro in Spanish) is located on the outskirts of the pretty town of Artà in the north-east of Mallorca and is still a seemingly sleepy village that has been spared from mass tourism with a wonderful unspoilt natural landscape. The beautiful and well-kept beach promenade with good restaurants, a marina and a family-friendly beach invites you to stroll and linger. There is also a small market square with a medieval church and a small weekly market on Saturdays, several shops, three supermarkets, a pharmacy and a newspaper and stationery shop with beach items. Colònia de Sant Pere is not only an excellent holiday and seaside resort, but is also an ideal starting point for hikes by the sea and in the mountains. There are many small, romantic bays here that are ideal for swimming and are never overcrowded, even in summer and during the holidays.
An approx. 2 km long natural beach connects Colònia de Sant Pere with Son Serra de Marina, the nearest seaside resort on the bay of Alcudia. Colònia de Sant Pere has charm and ambience: While the children play on the beach, parents can relax in one of the restaurants on the promenade, enjoy their cappuccino and watch the children. From Colònia de Sant Pere you can reach Playa de Muro in 20 minutes, as well as other beaches such as the famous Cala Torta and the beautiful beaches and bays of Cala Ratjada. There are numerous golf courses and horse riding facilities in the surrounding area. Palma and the airport are 70 km away and Manacor, the third largest town on the island with many shops, a beautiful town centre and a large hospital, is 20 km away. The nearest larger town is Artà, only 9 km away, with a beautiful town centre and the church of San Salvador, which is worth seeing and towers on a hill above the town.

The house offers space for up to 8 people. The rental prices including final cleaning are based on an occupancy of 4 people. You are welcome to book the house for more than 4 people. Please enquire directly with the landlord.

The costs for the final cleaning of 180 euros and tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person and day (from 16 years) are to be paid directly on site on arrival and are not included in the final price shown here. For occupancy by more than 4 persons, the cost of the final cleaning is 200 euros.
