The open plan kitchen counts on a convenient dining area, that overlooks the spacious living room which is fitted with a large sofa and a SmartTv, from where you can access a fantastic terrace, where to enjoy a dreamy meal outdoors with sea views.
Charca CM is equipped with air conditioning units and internet connection to make your stay even more pleasant!
This is the perfect holiday home for well deserved vacation! situated in a privileged location, right by the beach, with all amenities such as restaurants and shops on foot, and a wonderful promenade walk that leads to Meloneras Boulevard, one of the most popular and classiest areas in south Gran Canaria.
